Whispering Sands Rennies Beach Ulladulla

Very private, quiet location only a minutes walk to beautiful Rennies Beach at the end of the street. Overlooks the Heathland Reserve with walking tracks and an abundance of birdlife.

2 minutes walk to the "Ex Servos" club for great meals and entertainment and 2 minutes drive to Ulladulla townships restaurants, shops and cafes. 5 minutes drive to neighbouring Mollymook Beach, Burrill Lake and the historic township of Milton

Well presented home, ideal for couples and small families. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. North facing with private verandah and garden. Light and airy in summer and cosy in winter with a combustion fire to keep you warm.


2 Bedrooms: 2 x Queen. 2 Bathrooms, full kitchen with an open pantry. Living area and undercover patio with outdoor setting. Doonas, pillows, towels and linen are provided for your convenience.

Whispering Sands is pet friendly, the yard is fully fenced and your pooch or puss is welcome to sleep in the garage or on the verandah. Rennies Beach is listed as dog friendly.

You are within walking distance to Ulladulla town centre and Harbour and the location boasts excellent surfing and fishing opportunities.

Local Attractions

There are many restaurants, cafes, art galleries, boutiques and craft stores. Ulladulla has a leisure centre and gym. There is a 9 and 18 hole golf course, cinema, bowling clubs, golf club and local wineries.

Batemans Bay is 40 minutes to the south and Jervis Bay Marine Park 40 minutes north. There are an abundance of activities for everyone, water sports, horse riding, bush walks. white sandy beaches, scenic rivers and lakes. Close to National Parks

Karin is the perfect host. Immaculate house with everything we needed. A great base to explore the area and quiet at night with the sound of the ocean. Great for the dog who loved the grassy backyard.

Perfect beach getaway
My family and I had an amazing stay! The property had everything we needed for our weeklong stay. It was clean and cosy. We loved the proximity to the beach, walking trails, and shops. Why they chose this property

This is my home, it was built in 1999 and designed by a local architect Andrew Bell - Milton Drafting and Design. The building has a north facing back yard and was devised to capture the sun in winter through use of full length windows and a skylight over the study that filters through to the lounge room. In summer the open windows and doors admit the north easterly sea breeze during the day. It is a beautiful place to live and visit, so close to the beach and directly opposite the South Pacific Healthland Reserve, a mecca for nature lovers. The home radiates peace and tranquility, the garden a place to relax. I love it and I am sure you will too!
