Why they chose this property

Location, location, location. You can walk or tram it to anything and everything in the Melbourne CBD. Take the FREE Tram from the stop just outside your door to any part of the CBD. Wonder over the River to Crown Casino for a night out or dinner at one of many restaurants along Southbank. Shop at Direct Factory Outlet (DFO) South Wharf. Walk to the Footy, Rugby or a concert at Etihad Stadium. Tram to the MCG, the Tennis or spend the night at the Theatre. Whatever your reason for coming to Melbourne the location gives you access to everything Melbourne has to offer.

What makes this property unique

Size - it is a very big apartment at 97 square metres. It has two bedrooms, two living areas, large dining area, breakfast area and separate day bed and reading area, along with a private balcony.
Location. It is the location that convinced me to buy this property. Close to the airport, access straight of the Monash Freeway if coming into Melbourne by car. A short walk to the Casino, DFO, Etihad stadium. Close to Southern Cross Train Station is arriving by train from country Victoria or by SkyBus from the Airport. Melbourne Theatres and restaurants a short walk or tram ride.
