Lovely cottage, needs maintenance.
The Cottage left a lot to be desired. It was cute enough, however very dusty, and cleanliness was not to a standard I would expect. Floors had onion peelings on them, rugs under beds had items from previous guests embedded. More cobwebs than i would have liked. Exhaust fan in bathroom not working, and globes blown. And some delightful pubic hair found on the arm of the sofa. One hoped for highlight ended up being disappointing. The much longed for Spa hada leak (no issue, was able to refill) - however air inlet not working cotrectly so no bubbles at all, just large warm bath tub.

Comfortable stay
It's a cute and cosy cottage at an affordable price - property is a bit dated and cleanliness could definitely be improved, but overall enjoyable.

Looking forward to a lovely stay at Healesville and so so disappointed in Bradshaw Cottage. We paid good money to stay in non maintained property. Here is why 1. Property unkept, junk lying around outside 2. Fireplace - not cleaned out. Only piece of kindling or wood was a big lump. 3. Spa not working 4. Breakfast supplies - small piece of opened butter on a saucer 5. Bathroom door hard to open 5a. Soap holder in shower disgusting 6. Curtains hanging Off 7.:No wifi ( wifi in main house but does not reach to cottage) 8. Toiletries in bathroom- left overs from other people. Do not stay here. Do not waste your money.

Good - Quaint cottage Bad - Overall presentation of property, dusty, cobwebs, oven filthy, microwave dirty, lack of communication from owner as a result of double booking, spa not working and not advised of this, bathroom door only able to be opened half way, garden area overgrown and unable to be utilised, fireplace had no door and when finally contacted by owner (after stay finished) - above feedback provided was not appreciated and I was accused of merely creating issues in order to obtain a refund. This had not been raised by me at all as the property had been utilised by me. Wouldn't recommend this property at all in its current state as it is worn and sadly in need of updating.

Room for improvement
Quite an eclectic cottage and although accommodated our needs we were disappointed with the spa not working and not knowing until we got there. The door to the bathroom was an effort to close and no working fan in the bathroom. Bed was quite comfortable and plenty of breakfast food supplied.
