You can enjoy the outdoors in the wonderful alfresco area with a shade sail and a water feature. It's a perfect spot for a barbeque or enjoying your favourite glass of wine while watching the children play. With some great local restaurants and pubs within walking distance there is an abundance of local attractions to explore,including leighton beach and the Swan river,both a short walk. Completed and furnished to a high standard with gourmet kitchen and state of the art appliances you wont want to leave this lovely home away from home. Tennis courts and park with playground are situated near by. The house has reverse cycle ducted airconditioning throughout with high speed internet, plasma TV, LCD TV in bed room 1 with a range of movies, free local phone line, ensuite bathroom to master bedroom, fully equipped laundry and brand new furniture.



The open plan 3 level house is very spacious.The house is of contemporary design, with marble floors in the living area, woolen carpets in the three bedrooms,granite benches in the kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The bathrooms are marble and porceline,the house has a toilet on every level, and a bath tub in the main bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has a double bed,single bed and balcony.The linen is egyptian cotton 400 thread count.The house has two enclosed outdoor areas.


A porta-cot and highchair is available on request at no extra charge. Child proof gates are available upon request for the top and bottom of the stairs.

Fantastic property and lovely owner
The house is great for a family stay in North Fremantle. Everything you could want is already in the house from beach towels to board games and books. We had our stay as the Corona Virus pandemic kicked off and the house provided a homely isolation venue for the 2 weeks we were there. The house is in easy walk to shops, bars and restaurants in North Fremantle. A short stroll to great coffee and the train station where you catch a ride to Perth or Fremantle every 10 to 20 mins. The master bedroom is lovely but is on the main road side of the house so would only bother a very light sleeper. Jennifer stayed in contact with us throughout and was extremely flexible with us when our stay was unexpectedly extended due to flight cancellations. I'd highly recommend this property and will hopefully return to it in future. Thanks Jennifer!!!

Great family home
Wonderful 3.5 week stay whilst our home was renovated. Fantastic location in north Freo with burger joint & bars/cafes locally - well worth visiting. House was plenty spacious enough for family of 5, quality furniture, bedding and very comfortable beds. Bit of noise from master bedroom being adjacent to main road but nothing earplugs can’t fix..and you soon get used to it! Lovely enclosed outdoor area. Hosts were absolutely great to deal with and very responsive to any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Visiting Family For Christmas
This is a great house for a travelling family, the kitchen is well equipped, the fridge is large and there is lots of room outside and inside for dining. The location is perfect, a short walk to Leighton Beach & a short walk to the station for regular trains into Perth or Fremantle. We had an amazing stay, thank you Jennifer!

Spacious and conveniently situated accommodation
We enjoyed our stay in North Fremantle. We were made aware of its close proximity to the Stirling HWY before we booked our stay so there is no criticism of the accuracy of the listing information, or of the hosts who were most attentive. I am afraid that we did find the traffic noise to be a disturbance.
