Coastal house 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, parking underneath house and outsided storage,
fully furnished with all kitchen accessories and dishes, couch folds out to full size bed, gated community for nice and quiet stay, water park within walking distance, HEB 5 minutes down the road and many great restaurants close. This property is located in a nice quite gated community with front and back gates that close and stay closed. The people that stay or live in our community are very nice and respectful to those who visit. My home is small and cozy.
