This summer we are celebrating 19 years on Vrbo and with 5-star ratings. We are offering a Discount when renting both. The Lake House on Cass Lake LLC VRBO 90352 just 45 min. from downtown Detroit. We are located on the tranquil bay nearest the State Park Dodge Park no.4. Cass Lake is the largest inland all sports lake in SE Michigan 1280 acres. We can arrange a pontoon boat rental delivered and picked up for you. For larger groups, rent both lakefront houses, Sunset Cottage is lakefront right next door VRBO 183706. Both lakefront homes have separate swim docks and bonfire pits near the boardwalk. There is docking for two pontoon boats at each house. You can fish right off the 240’ boardwalk. Plenty of space for entertaining friends/family reunions, invite up to 20 friends over for a barbeque at each house. Wifi, A/C and Hdtv in both living rooms and bedrooms.

There is a large two-level trex deck with three umbrella tables and cushioned seating for 20 great for entertaining friends and family. Plenty of space for lawn games that include badminton/volleyball, corn hole toss and bocce.

Fishing tournaments favor this bay. Catch fish right off the boardwalk and we also have some fishing poles to use. Swim off the swim dock equipped with ladder or grab a noodle float and play in the water right in front of the house. Have a bonfire in the evening and toast some marshmallows.

Delightful Getaway!
Our recent stay at Ricca's lake home was refreshing and enjoyable from start to finish. We loved the beautiful views and peaceful atmosphere. Property is amazing! Our host went above and beyond to make this trip unforgettable! Ricca was very knowledgeable of the area and was helpful in every way. Enough about us! It's all about YOU and your family and guests having fun and relaxing and eating and playing and swimming and maybe fishing and toasting marshmallows and boating and a game of bocce and bean bag toss and, of course, making wonderful memories!

Why they chose this property

We have been called a "Hidden Gem" as this is the only bay on the lake that is "no-wake." You can use a stand-up board, kayak
canoe or fish and be at peace. Boaters must go slowly for a hot minute and once they pass the fishermen on the pier at the State Park, Dodge Park #4 (at the beginning of our bay) it’s time to explore Cass lake and see why it’s the best.

What makes this property unique

Cass Lake has beautiful homes and mansions and it is so large for an inland lake, 1280 acres. No other lake around this area compares to it. We have a 240’ boardwalk and two swim docks with ladders. Swim or fish or make a bonfire and toast some marshmallows. Sunsets are always changing
with amazing colors. We love it here!
