Spacious self contained holiday house on 2.6 hectares in a quiet rural setting with a large outdoor entertaining area and great views. Stay and enjoy a complimentary bottle of local wine. Close to the regions many attractions and amenities.

3 Queen Beds & 2 Bunk Beds - 2 Large Bathrooms.
Travel Cot and High Chair are available at the property.

Perfect for two families, 3 couples or an intimate retreat for that special person in your life. A beach volleyball court, bush trails, tree cubby and swing are added attractions, along with resident kangaroos and a variety of wildlife.

The area is famous for its Wineries and Spectacular Scenic Coastline with white sandy beaches for swimming, surfing and snorkelling. Added attractions are scenic views from the Cape to Cape walk, Caves, breweries, galleries, gift & specialty shops, kangaroos, wildflowers, forests and spectacular sunsets over the ocean.

LOCALITY - Short drive to Canal Rocks, Smiths and Yallingup Beaches and Injidup Beach & Natural Spa.

Great shopping nearby in Dunsborough or at the many local galleries gift & specialty shops.

Features - Alinjarra, situated with beautiful views, has been built with space and comfort in mind.

Large outdoor entertaining deck area. Ten seater meals table & chairs.

Log fire in family area.

Well appointed galley kitchen with modern appliances including dishwasher, microwave, oven, nespresso coffee maker, large fridge plus bar fridge.

Separate lounge room, which can be closed off from the rest of the house with sofa and recliners, tv and dvd player. The lounge also provides great views and can be a quiet spot to read a book from the in house library.

Ensuite with spa. Large windows to give you the feeling of the outdoors.

The house sleeps up to 10 people in four large bedrooms. Three queen beds and two bunk beds.

Travel Cot and High Chair are available.

The outdoor shower and beach volleyball court is located at the rear of the house.

The deck has a timber outdoor setting and a gas bbq, a relaxing place to sit and watch the birds and kangaroos or enjoying the company of friends whilst taking in the views.

Walk trails wind through the property with a tree cubby and swing for the kids.

For all your shopping needs Dunsborough has an extensive selection, only a short drive away.

For your added security, this property is only managed in Australia and we never request payments be made to overseas bank accounts

Perfect place for a peaceful getaway
Loved our stay at Alinjarra. Lovely quiet bush location and only a short drive to lots of amenities. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Serene, clean, well equipped house. Only disadvantage is that towels and linen are not supplied. Otherwise very good stay and we have repeat booked

Awesome location, but a few things to mention
Overall we really enjoyed our stay because of the wonderful company and because we were attending a best friends wedding in the area. Unfortunately we stayed on possibly the warmest weekend (38C each day) in a south west summer. As the accomodation only has an aircon unit in the living area, most of us found it very difficult to sleep as the rooms were very warm and the small fans were not powerful enough to help much. The cleanliness was not great. While we were there, we found a mouse in the bathroom, a scorpion in one of the beds and another scorpion in the lounge room. We live in the hills in Perth and understand scorpions can get in, but the mouse is not an ideal thing to find. Further, having to bring all our own linen, towels, tea towels, not a single cooking oil or seasoning dampened the ease of this holiday. Redeeming features were the actual house and its location, I imagine it would be very cozy in the winter time. I don’t think I will be booking this house again soon, with the price I would have preferred accomodation with a few more add-ons.
