Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this unit several times so it is inviting. With this experience here are the pros and cons of the unit: Pros-king size bed; very nice guest room; two full baths; well supplied kitchen; good north shore location between Kings Beach and Tahoe City; quiet. Cons- very complex TV/media operation; ugly mountain bikes locked in living area; steep walk from parking lot to door; narrow view of trees and neighboring condos; and no formal dining area. So decide what is more important and make your decision.

Pleasant condo in North Tahoe
A nice property in a good location. Had a minor issue with the refrigerator in the beginning that we corrected. Called property management about it and they responded in a timely manner, then followed up several times until it was resolved. I really appreciated their professionalism in following up quickly and ensured the issue was resolved. The downstairs bathroom and bedroom were what I would expect, clean and adequate. Both beds upstairs and down were surprisingly comfortable, a real plus! The upstairs was basically a nice loft, as advertised I think, but the “bathroom” was not what I expected. The shower and toilet were crammed in a room that required some maneuvering just to close the door. We adjusted eventually, but it’s WAY too crowded in that tiny room. The sink is in the bedroom, no separate room. Note to the owner or management company: the dishwasher needs to be repaired, or better yet, replaced. When you pull the door down to the open position, the door stop lets it go past where it should stop. When you pull the bottom rack out onto the door it wants to keep going and roll out of the dishwasher and onto the floor. This made loading it quite a challenge. Also, someone installed a grate in the deck before the front door, for knocking snow off shoes/boots I guess. A good idea I suppose, but this one is not flat and makes quite a racket when it’s stepped on, to the point of I found myself stepping over it just not to hear it clang.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was very small. Needed a ceiling fan in the main room. Balcony was coming away from the wall. Upstairs bedroom was large but window too high to use. Bathroom too small. Kitchen was well stocked. Downstairs bedroom nice and cool. Too far from the lake, but it was very quiet.

A peaceful retreat
The location is beautiful. Lots of trees, fresh air and peace and quiet. The rental is cozy and feels like home. The beds are super comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. It was so nice having a washer and dryer. The water pressure is amazing. You can run the dishwasher and take a shower at the same time. It could use a handyman's touch the kitchen cabinets need repairs, the deck railing is detached from building, the dishwasher attacks you when opened. Lol Thank you for a peaceful week in Tahoe. We loved our stay.
