Apartment has a private deck that overlooks the Rachel Carson wildlife refuge were you can view lots of different birds and deer in the evening. With a gas barbecue grill. Just 300 feet (2 minute walk) to one of Moody Beaches rite of ways.

Great week
The apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Over looked the Marsh where you could see wildlife. Only draw back was the beach access, it was very limited. The host was very accommodating.

Très bon emplacement de vacances!
Nous avons adoré l'emplacement et la grandeur de l'appartement! La vue sur la nature est superbe. Nous avions un grand balcon pour observer les oiseaux, les chevreuils et la végétation tout ça à 2 minutes de marche de l'océan. L'appartement est très fonctionnel, tout le nécessaire y est sauf draps et serviettes ( à apporter de la maison). Les matelas et le bbq pourraient peut-être être changés éventuellement, mais en général nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet appartement. Nous reviendrons avec certitude. Merci Joe d'avoir été très rapide pour les messages!

A perfect vacation getaway
This was a wonderful and very relaxing vacation. The apartment is large, comfortable and well equipped with everything you might need during your stay. The location is perfect in a very quiet area, near the beach. And let's not forget a truly breathtaking view from the patio overlooking the wildlife refuge where you can spot all kinds of birds and even deer. Thank you so much for your hospitality, Joe!
