Our lovely and elegant suite with 9.5 foot high ceilings is available for you to enjoy relaxing days watching the seaplanes come in, soaking up the waterfront lifestyle, sipping coffee on the deck and enjoying the cozy electric fireplace in the evenings. This unit is below the main street so it is super quiet with no traffic noise. Enjoy peace and calm while being minutes away from downtown or transportation!

Gorgeous 2 bedroom (one with floor to ceiling windows to enjoy the stellar view), 2 bathroom, fully furnished and well-appointed condo within walking distance to Departure Bay ferry, seaplane terminal and downtown. The in-suite stacking washer and dryer mean you have everything you need for a glorious and relaxing stay. There is clean, secure underground parking for 2 vehicles. The 5 appliances include a stainless steel fridge (with icemaker and filtered water) and stove as well as a garburator. The kitchen island in the open concept room can be used for storage or to sit at to enjoy a lovely breakfast. The granite counters, marble floors throughout, and gas fireplace all add to the elegance and ambiance. You'll know you are in a well-cared for home away from home with a balcony overlooking a marina.

Our suite offers you a fully stocked kitchen, FREE wifi and Optik TV channels to view on any of the three flat screen TVs.

What makes this condo unique

This gorgeous home has quiet, relaxing marinaside views that make you instanlty feel like you are at a holiday resort. The high ceilings, big windows and bright decor help you feel calm and relaxed while the pot lighting and fireplace keep things super cozy in the evenings.

My daughter and I had the pleasure of living at the Stewart Avenue condo for two months. We loved this condo !! The building is very secure and safe and the location is wonderful as you can relax on your deck and watch the boats and float planes come and go. It’s a very easy and lovely walk along the waterfront to downtown Nanaimo and there is a restaurant conveniently located on the same property. The condo itself is stunning, spacious, very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. More importantly however, the landlords, Kim and Barry, are lovely people who immediately dealt with any question or concern we had and made the entire process seamless. I highly recommend staying here.

Excellent property, great location

I really enjoyed this property, well furnished great amenities, lots of space, great location.

Underground parking. I was working in Nanimo and walked along the waterfront daily to work.

I thought the value for my money was very good.

Kim the owner was great,

A car is needed to get groceries but it's an easy drive to local supermarkets

I will stay again on my return visits

Great stay !

Enjoyed my 2 month stay in Kim's condo . She was quick to respond and always helpful . Kim's condo is clean, modern and it is obvious that much thought has been put into ensuring a good stay for guests . Books, DVDs, wide rAnge of kitchen utensils and an illuminated toilet bowl ! I loved hearing the seagulls and watching the boats from the balcony .
