Rental age is 21 years or older. ID verification will need to be sent to owner upon booking. Bookings over 1 month are required to pay an additional $75 for cleaning (Extra Payment request will be sent)

This beautiful ocean view unit is on the lower level of a charming white rock home. It’s 500 sq. ft accommodates to 2 adults comfortably but can host up to 3 people (kids welcome) . We do charge an extra $30/night for the 3rd guest. It has a queen size bed in the bedroom and a small pull out couch in the living room. Accompanied by a complete kitchen to cook in, Cable TV, WIFI internet all included. A decent size patio set up with a Lounge sofa chairs, table and umbrella to soak of the view and enjoy the outside on a nice day. There is also a private washer and dryer inside for your convenience. The suite has its own private entrance and drive way to park your car. It's steps to the beach & the pier , restaurants, shops. A quaint little beach town vibe. Quiet and cozy. A great little get away.

Bay View, Quiet Lane and Oh So convenient
Lovely lovely hosts, and I sincerely appreciated their check-ins, leading up to arrival, and while I was there, making sure I was happy with the unit. The unit is so well equipped, organized, CLEAN, and thought of everything! Was able to work remotely during the week, and enjoy the sun much of the day, changing from patio view to open door view. The space is so well thought out and ready for guest(s). This was perfect getting to meet fellow "one day" White Rock residents, and was another stay helping me make decisions on wanting the WR area as a home. One day... one day... thank you!

Perfect solo getaway.
This suite is so cheery and perfect! Ginger and Jessie were very welcoming. I’m a solo traveller, particular about safety and privacy, and this suite provided both. A great patio for lounging in the sun and enjoying sunsets. The best bed!!! Complete with a kitchen, in-suite laundry, and a walk-in closet, ideal for those of us who pack far too many dresses! Also, parking, which is a perk in White Rock. I drive a CX-5 and it fit in the driveway. I highly recommend this place and will book again if it’s available!

I also enjoy gardening and life with all my grandchildren. Our rental suite is family run by my daughter and I and we both enjoy meeting all you great travellers. I love people and hosting has always been one of my specialties. We put together a cute and private space to share with our guests to give you a good White Rock experience.

Why they chose this property

This property is in a convenient location. 2 streets up from the beach/promenade & pier and an easy walk to uptown White Rock for the larger shopping stores/more restaurants/Yoga studios. It's all here for you in. It's quiet and safe. The unit is clean, modern and cozy. Cooking in the unit is such a nice option to have to save money instead of going out for all 3 meals.

What makes this property unique

Start your morning from this suite taking steps down to the beach, enjoy a walk along a well paved walk way along the ocean and down the pier. You can catch a tour boat from the pier for whale watching, eat at one of many restaurants and cafes on the strip. Soak of the clean fresh ocean air. This location is awesome.
