The Waikoloa Beach Resort is one of the most popular vacation destinations on the Big Island of Hawaii.
Our Townhome offers everything you would need to enjoy your vacation directly within the resort.
The Waikoloa Beach Resort is home of two championship golf courses, The Kings and Beach Courses.
You will also find a nice long white sandy beach at A ’Bay, only about a mile from your doorstep.
There are Kayak, SUP, Parasailing rentals and activities at A-Bay.
The Waikoloa Beach Resort offers two large open air shopping malls, The Kings Shops and The Queens Shops.
This shopping mall is located about 1 mile from your doorstep.

Melissa was an amazing host. She provided a baby gate, playpen and booster seat for our grandchild. She also allowed us to check out late because we had the baby. The condition of the unit was terrific and the location within the resort was spectacular. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Lovely condo, wonderful and accommodating owner - best of many stays in Hawaii
Our group of 6 (family of 4 and grandparents) loved our time in this Hawaiian get away. We have stayed many times in the area and in this complex, but this is our first time in Melissa's home. Melissa is a responsive and caring host who clearly wants your vacation to be perfect - if I could give her and her property more than 5 stars I would! The condo itself is great, the location is our favourite so far on the property - close enough to the pool but no so close to be noisy, close to the gate, but again not noisy. The condo is well equipped with A+ equipment for the beach (I love the rolling cooler - it looks huge, but works so well!). There are plenty of boogie boards and loads of snorkelling equipment, many beach chairs and umbrellas to keep you cool. Other house amenities are great - we are not much for TV or inside activities while in Hawaii, but if you want those things there are games, puzzles and TV's in every room (I think only 1 tv got turned on during or stay!). Any questions we had were answered ultra quickly and everything about our stay in Melissa's home was wonderful. We look forward to and are already planning our return !

Amazing location and property.
We had 4 toddlers and 4 adults here. The property was amazing and had almost everything we needed. But what was also impressive was Melissa's prompt responses to my messages to her. It was so close to the beaches and near shopping. I would definitely stay here again.

We love to vacation in Hawaii with our family and We love this place for the convenience and accessibility to the Beach, A-Bay, golf, restaurants, and all of the outdoor activities that are located in this oasis.
We hope you will enjoy the same down time and absolute fun that we enjoy when we are here.

Why they chose this property

This property is great for families, or couples traveling together.
There are 3 bedrooms and 2& 1/2 bathrooms with over 1,800 sq. ft of living space.
We just upgraded all of the sheets to 800 thread count and brand New mattresses in all bedrooms,.
It has 4 very comfortable beds, and 2 and 1/2 baths that makes getting ready in the mornings with large groups bearable.

We provide 3 Bikes, 4 Boogie Boards, 6 Very nice Beach Chairs, 6 beach towels,
2 Umbrellas, 6 Snorkel sets to take to the beach.
The kitchen is large and between the dining room and bar will seat 8, with additional seating on the lanai for 6 more.
Everything is well thought out for your stay here, right down to the wine opener & margarita glasses!
There is a Keurig Coffee Machine with plenty of coffee pods, and every kitchen appliance you should ever need on vacation.
There is a washer and dryer on site so that you can pack light :)

What makes this property unique

Nice Golf course view, only steps from the heated lagoon style pool ,Jacuzzi and fitness center. There are several new outdoor grills that are only steps from your lanai.
