Love the condo and the area
Condo was really nice and clean. We love the area for golf and shopping. If we get the opportunity again we would love to stay here. The only minor issue is the noise from the upstairs unit. Not sure if it is a rental with many different users or a permanent resident but they don't seem to make an effort to tread lightly at 6am. If its a permanent resident perhaps they could be spoken to. Won't deter my return though. Thanks Al and Diane.

Nice Stay at a Nice Little Condo
My husband and I enjoyed a four night stay in this one bedroom unit over the Thanksgiving holiday. It was perfect for two people for a short stay. We appreciated the extra half bath for additional grooming space. We had a minor problem with the cable service, but it was quickly rectified by the owner. I would also suggest an owner’s guide or instruction sheet for the coffee maker. I had to Google an owner’s manual to figure out the Keurig type side of the dual function coffee maker. We really enjoyed the view of the beautiful golf course. It was too wet and cool to enjoy the nice little porch but it would be a lovely spot during the warmer months. We highly recommend this lovely unit for 2-3 people.

Hello we’re Al & Diane Costanzo from Hamburg NY, just south of Buffalo NY. We've visited a friend’s condo in Myrtlewood and we just love the area. When the opportunity presented itself, we purchased this condo in the same building and love it.

Why they chose this property

We love the idea of being on the first floor and what a VIEW! We love that the location is near everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. We look forward to this being a meeting place with our children and grandchildren to make new family memories.

What makes this property unique

You can never get bored at Myrtle Beach. The Golden Mile, Sun rises, Shows, shopping, Charter fishing and of course Golf.
