Home includes spacious master suite with bath, 3 bedrooms and a full bath on 2nd floor. The third bedroom has been converted into a movie room with 4 recliners, a 70 inch smart TV, and a snack station.

Main floor features a family room with half bathroom, kitchen, formal living room, dining room, and an in-law suite with full bath. There is a pull out couch in the living room and an air mattress in the closet across from the front door. The sunroom offers relaxation and fun as you enjoy the beautiful Georgia weather.

The home is approximately 3.6 miles away from the Augusta National, and is centrally located to dining, shopping, and entertainment. Home is less than 1 mile away from Washington Road and in close proximity to I-20. House is available for Masters Week 2024.

Masters Week
This house was perfect for our group of 8 during masters week! It's in a perfect, quite location too. Everywhere we wanted to go was a 5 minute Uber ride away!

We chose this home because it is conveniently located in West Augusta. We are minutes away from work, shopping, and entertainment. When it comes time to travel, it takes just a few turns and within a couple of minutes we are on I-20.
