Beautiful villa with all comfort located between the Westhoek and Flemish Ardennes; 5 km from the center of Kortrijk; 7 km from Kortrijk expo; 30 km from Ypres and 100 meters from the bicycle network for the active cyclist.
Parking for 4 cars at the house. Garage also available. Bicycles can also be parked there.
The villa includes 5 bedrooms for 9 adults; children's bed available, 2 bathrooms with free toiletries, bathrobe, towels and slippers, 3 indoor toilets.
Full equipped kitchen, gas stove 110 cm with 2 ovens, microwave, steam oven, coffee machine Miele, dishwasher, fryer, and various electrical appliances, spacious dining room and cozy sitting area.
During your stay you can use the seasonal swimming pool, Jacuzzi and ton-sauna, barbecue on gas, large garden with pond and various seating areas, also shady.
Are you more for culture outings. That is possible in cities like Kortrijk, Ieper, Bruges, Ghent, Tournai or just across the border in France you have Arras, Lille, these are not far away.

Kleine Schönheitsfehler auf den zweiten Blick
Von der Anreise bis zur Abreise waren wir mit dieser Unterkunft voll zufrieden und glücklich. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet und bietet alles was man für den Urlaub benötigt. Auf den zweiten Blick lässt sich hier und da ein kleiner Schönheitsfehler finden, der jedoch dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nichts aus macht. Leider funktionierte die Spülmaschine während unseres Aufenthalts nicht, was jedoch für uns kein Problem und laut Vermieter eine Ausnahme war. Das Poolhaus war leider recht unordentlich, wurde aber von uns ohnehin nur für den darin befindlichen Kühlschrank genutzt. Zudem erzählte der Vermieter uns bereits von seinen Plänen das Poolhaus zu renovieren und mit einem Kicker und einer Darts Scheibe zu bestücken. Insgesamt war es für uns ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einem Haus das wir gerne wieder buchen würden.

Bon séjour en famille dans l'ensemble. Nous avons eu un souci à l'arrivée avec le nettoyage mais qui a été réglé par la suite

Samen met 5 vrienden zouden wij hier verblijven. Toen wij daar aankwamen was het huis al bezet door mensen uit Duitsland. Via Home Away was het niet gecommuniceerd naar de eigenaar dat het geboekt was en konden wij rechtsomkeer naar huis.... het huis zag er daarintegen super goed uit en de tuin is nog groter dan op de foto’s, met bbq etc alles wat je zoekt. Het huis stond er netjes bij. Jammer dat we niet langer konden blijven dan 30 minuten

Perfecte omstandigheden
Wij hadden wat problemen met het doortrekken van het toilet maar dit werd snel geregeld door de gastheer! Uitermate goed weekend gehad
