Renovated in May 2016 and November 2017 with all that encompasses a relaxing beach house in mind!
Colors inspired by the Ocean palette, plush pillows, high end bedding and easy but comfortable updated style: this 1700 square feet ranch house has no house on the other side of the canal for your utmost privacy!
In fact, across the canal there is nothing but wilderness and wildlife for your enjoyment! Furthermore the canal is deep salt water and minutes away from Palma Sola Bay! You will have at your disposal a new dock where you will be able to keep your boat in the water as well as a fish cleaning table
You will also be able to relax in the lanai under the covered patio or swim in the pool.
The house has 3 bedrooms: a master bedroom with a king size bed is equipped with a” Cloud Supreme Breeze Tempur Pedic mattress” for the best sleeping experience of your life.
In the 2nd bedroom the Queen Size bed is equipped with a very high end Postupedic mattress and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds with great mattresses and 3 inch very high end latex toppers for extra comfort. All linens and pillows are high end as well.
Completely renovated the master bathroom has a very large double shower and was redone to feel like a very high end spa .the 2nd bathroom is also brand new and has a tub as well as a great powerful shower and the 3rd bathroom has a shower.
We are bringing to this place 11 years’ experience of short term rental and I am proud to say that “Chez Isabelle” our other properties have some of the best reviews in New York City! We are very quick and responsive to make sure your experience will be a smooth one!
Located just 2 miles away from Anna-Maria's glorious white sand beaches.

Chez Isabelle est Magnifique!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The house is very clean, comfortable, well equipped and nicely decorated. The pool is lovely and the canal view is private and calming. The location is close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. The hosts were great to work with. A great vacation!

Place was beautiful. It was just as described. Rooms were comfortable and we really utilized the pool. We rented a pontoon for the week and that was amazing. Having the dock to hook up to was great. Neighborhood was very quiet which was much appreciated. Could walk to Clam Factory for dinner or take the pontoon down the canal to it.

Great Place Great Location
We really enjoyed our stay. My grandkids loved swimming in the pool and fishing from the dock. Close to the beach, grocery store, & restaurants. Owners were very accommodating and responsive!

Living in New York City we have been looking for the perfect little hideaway to escape the fast pace of the Big Apple:
we knew that we wanted :privacy ,friendly and relaxing atmosphere and also quick access to Golf of Mexico for good fishing and of course great beaches!
We have found all that here and more!
And the best part is that the property is very easy access from Sarasota /Bradenton airport only a 20 minutes ride.
This is not just a rental property but a home that we enjoy with our family and friends.
