Fully equipped, this house has a living area of some 150 m2. Completely in cellars, with central heating and washing machine. Large garage.
It involves,
On the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen - dishwasher, gas hobs, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, a dining room - 2 children's chairs, a living room with wood stove. A 15m² playroom. A bathroom - bath / shower and sink - and a separate toilet. TV - Wifi - Telephone

Upstairs: 4 bedrooms (including 3 with hot / cold water sinks) - 2 single beds / 1 double bed 140 cm / 3 single beds / 2 single beds and 1 baby bed -, a shower room with sink and table changing, and a separate toilet.

Large landscaped garden with lawn for ball games; football, volleyball, etc ... (Bring your equipment). Petanque track.

NEW: Large south-facing terrace with view of the pond and the Hermitage; equipped with table, chairs, deckchairs etc ... Carport under the terrace.

Les petits Prés ”is the ideal family rental house (9 adults) for small and large stays.
Calm and nature are the key words!

Overlooking the heart of the village of Ventron, next to a small fishing pond, it does not take 5 minutes on foot to get down there and find your bread, your newspaper and all the small supplies you would need.
Ventron is in the heart of the Ballons des Vosges Regional Natural Park, a stone's throw from Alsace, thermal spas, Fougerolles cherries and all the major places of Lorraine heritage.

Super endroit
Le gîte était propre, la boulangerie était très proche. La nuit était très calme. Les enfants se sont bien amusé. Une petite rivières 100m du gîte était parfaite lors des journées canicules. Génial !!!

Das Haus ist innen renoviert und sehr gut - insbesonders für Kinder ausgestattet. Die Lage liegt am Ortsrand ruhig gelegen Wanderungen lassen sich direkt vom Haus aus durchführen. Der Ortskern mit kleinem Laden inkl. Backwaren lässt sich in trotzdem in wenigen Minuten erreichen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder

We hebben als gezin genoten van twee weken Ventron. Het huis was gerieflijk met voldoende faciliteiten. De communicatie met de verhuurder was optimaal. Al met al een aanrader.

Très bonnes relations avec les propriétaires. Gîte assez grand, très bien équipé, bien chauffé. Salle de jeux qui est un plus.
