I didnt like the apartment, very low maintance.
the sofa bed is actualy two beds, the one pulled out is just attachment, no way good for a couple, thereis a gas heater for the hot water, this apartment gets very little maintnance, the host Sylvka doesnt come, very slow in response, there is a manager on site and he is responsible for this apartment. All spanish review are likely fake. The elevator has on the start up a very jump up or down, very anoing, the only good thing about this apartment is low price and location.

Comfortable place in a great location
Place is cozy an d comfortable. It is location in a great area, close to Puerto Madero, Florida street, Casa Rosada, Retiro and line E and C subway stations and Metrobus. Stella is very kind and attentive. I would recommend this place!

Apartment partly redone (window coating etc.) quiet, clear, clean with a good concierge. Located in the center close to all amenities. Well served with the TIENDALEON bus terminal 10 minutes on foot or 1 metro station (line E to catch a plane at the international airport (EZE). Take TIENDALEON as soon as you exit the airport hall on your right without going outside. For 6500 pesos (about 10 US blue dollars). Metro line E 2 minutes away, Retiro district 10 minutes away, magnificent St Martin park 5 minutes away, Florida district 10 minutes away with the obelisk 20 minutes away, all on foot. For those who want to rent a car, agencies 15 minutes walk away, including the one at the address cerrito 1318. For tango lovers well located with public transport or those who like walking to discover the city.

Posizione strategica
Appartamento situato nel cuore del centro di Buenos Aires, a piedi si va dappertutto o si possono prendere bus e metro nelle vicinanze. L'appartamento e' semplice ma funzionale, la prerogativa piu' importante di questo alloggio e' nel super gentile e disponibile Juan Carlos che e' sempre pronto a risolvere piccoli e grandi problemi. Altamente consigliato!!
