Functional and clean
We were visiting the area to scope out locations for an out of state move. The location was central to all of the places we were visiting and easy to get to. Everything was very clean and orderly although many of the “perks” of the stay were unavailable as the owner was out of town and the animals were all put away. We also did not have WiFi which was a bummer but not a deal breaker. For what we needed, the unit met our needs, however if we were planning more of a romantic get away or planned to spend more time in the unit we would have probably preferred some place with more charm and amenities. Overall, we were satisfied with the stay but not blown away.

Absolute Gem!
What an amazing find! We were looking for something outside the city, but not too rustic. Great location, beautiful setting and everything you could possibly need. We didn’t get to stick around and enjoy it as much as we would have liked, but definitely will on our next visit. As a professional chef, the kitchen is loaded. Already planning several trips for the fall. Thank you Tami and Dave for an incredible weekend.

Great spot out of town but close to EUG airport
Perfect place to use as a “base camp” for some activities in the area. Out of town but only ~15mins from Eugene airport. Communication with the owner was great! Had a minor item with check in that was handled immediately w/ great customer service. Will definitely stay again when back in the area.

About the host

I am a local Real Estate Broker and my husband has a construction company in southern Oregon. We both work crazy hours but enjoy every minute we get with each other. With 2 1/2 acres there is always plenty to do. However we try to find some time to golf, float the river, go to the Ems baseball games, and vacation once a year to the Caribbean and once a year to Spring training in Phoenix

Why they chose this property

We purchased our home just 3 years ago as a short sale property. With both of us working full time, its tough to keep up on 2 1/2 acres, but have slowly been improving it. During the Spring and Summer it's all we can do to keep up on the grounds, but after a hard days work we love coming home to our goats and chickens, and walking through the orchard and grape arbor. It's a little piece of country right outside of the town of Junction City with just a few quiet, friendly, close nieghbors and a quick 20 minutes into Eugene. We love it here!
