This well-preserved vintage apartment feels like home. French doors, polished wood floors, and natural woodwork set off the wool area carpets. The furnishings are tasteful and comfortable, and pleasing art adorns the walls. The bright kitchen is completely furnished for cooking. There are queen beds in the bedrooms, which have window air-conditioning units. There are fans for the rest of the apartment. The bathroom has a stall shower. All linens are furnished. Wonderful location
This apartment is a block from a bluff overlooking Lake Erie. The accommodations are in an old vintage house so be prepared to deal with that. Property Manager very accommodating to our concerns. On street parking only with this apartment. Eight steep front steps to reach front door. There is a side entrance but up a steep grade also. Otherwise, it was satisfactory and we enjoyed our stay.

Incredible!
Highly recommend this house to anyone visiting the area who enjoys warm, comfortable, easy living. Your hostess is delightful and well versed about the house and the community. Location is central to the area and easy to get to. Five stars warranted in my wife and my opinion!

Lovely Stay.
This cozy vintage apartment was as described and pictured. It was clean and comfortable. It was a bit warm the fans and window a/c units were much appreciated. We enjoyed meeting the owner and had a wonderful getaway weekend here with lovely views within walking distance. Thank you.

Excellent!
Wonderful host. We arrived to a clean and already air conditioned apartment adorned with some treats for us to enjoy. Neighborhood was central by bike to both downtown Erie and Presque Isle. Appreciate the animal friendly rules. Would stay again without a doubt.
