The Neighbourhood:
Step outside the building and you will find yourself in the heart of Yaletown, immersed with roads of quality, unique and posh restaurants, a true foodies heaven! If food is not on your menu, there are several lovely coffee shops just a 2min walk on the seawall with seating. Coffee can be taken to-go where you can explore the renowned David Lam Park, or even take an 5min Aquabus ride across the inlet to Granville Island!

For the sports enthusiasts you will find tennis courts, basketball courts and a forever going seawall for your morning jogs all within a minute walking distance from the home.

Getting Around:
The Canada Line skytrain station is one block east and offers express trains to and from YVR. A few blocks past the Canada Line you will find another train station which can take you across all parts of the city.

Aqua bus stops are across the street and depart below David Lam Park. These small watercrafts can take you all around the False Creek Inlet.

The Downtown core, for the shopping enthusiasts, is a brief 10-15min walk, we don't recommend driving as parking is difficult and traffic is often congested on weekends.

Had to Cancel, Refund difficult to secure
We didn't actually get to stay. Unfortunately, our plans changed and we had to cancel our reservation. We did this more than 60 days prior to our stay, as required, but had an extremely difficult time getting our refund. When I had questions regarding the unit & had interest in making a reservation, the owner answered me in a very timely manner. When I had to request a cancellation he became very scarce. It took me numerous messages with him & VRBO (both said the other had to issue the refund) and finally told the owner I was going to make a claim through my credit card company... all of a sudden I had the majority of my refund issued, but I still had to contact him & VRBO again to get the remainder. This whole process took a couple of weeks and way too much of my time. This experience will definitely make me hesitant to reserve with VRBO in the future and will definitely never rent from this owner again.

Excellent place, in a perfect neighborhood.
A very clean (like new) condo in Yaletown. It came with a parking spot, which made staying in the neighborhood perfect. Just across the street from a great park (David Lam) which had lots to do for our kids, and a pickup for the aquabus (water taxi). Everything about the place was easy, and our family had a great stay.

Wonderful property in an excellent location!
My family stayed here the last week of May and loved the location! The property was upscale with nice new furnishings. It was a bonus to have secured parking, beautiful garden, a pool and sauna. It is centrally located in a hip part of town with lots of news restaurants and shops within a short walking distance. It was nice to look out directly on the park and water watching the boats go by. A 5 minute walk to the Aqua Bus took us a short ride to Granville Island. Marko was excellent to work with and very responsive to any questions I had. Would definitely recommend this place.

Incredible Views and Centrally Located
We loved how centrally located and walkable this condo was. The views from the condo are incredible. And the place is nice and quiet. Marko was so great to work with and responded quickly. The condo is beautifully decorated, very comfortable and spacious.
