But with very modern amenities including a full kitchen and the latest and most comfortable mattresses! These completely remodeled downtown Condo Suites are very spacious with approximately 1200 square feet each plus an additional 300 (+/-) square feet of outdoor covered porch/patio space (outdoor ceiling fan and cushioned furniture included). Indoor area includes everything you will need including a full size refrigerator, smooth top range, dishwasher, garbage disposal, overhead microwave, and top of the line Samsung washer/dryer with steam! It has the feel of the old south with original hardwood floors and cedar lined closets but with modern amenities such as granite counter tops, leather furniture and some of the most comfortable mattresses you will find! (All linens and a starting kit of toiletries also furnished). Also included is all cooking utensils, pots, pans, dinnerware etc.to cook a meal at home unless you decide to take a short walk downtown to many tasty cuisines. These Suites also have at least 14 large windows to allow a lot of natural light in during the day. We also installed sound barriers around every Suite to allow for more privacy than you get in most rentals. Direct TV basic is also furnished! If our rate isn't in your budget, make us a reasonable offer and if our bookings are low during your dates we may possibly accept a lower price!
