Enjoy the best beach on Hilton Head Island during your stay in our newly renovated condominium in Ocean Dunes. Enjoy the scenic ocean and beach right outside your door. You can relax in the comfortable surroundings our condo offers. Updates include granite kitchen, new 4K 50" smart TV with Netflix, new bedroom furniture and king size King Coil bed. Private one bedroom, bunk beds for the kids and a new convertible sofa in the living room allows for up to 4 guests. The completely updated kitchen is stocked with all the essentials you need to prepare a simple lunch or a private dinner.

The view from the balcony provides the most breathtaking views of the sunrise. You can enjoy your meals on the balcony with our new height table and four chairs or just relax with your favorite beverage while you listen to the sounds of the ocean and enjoy the view through the pines and the flora by the surf.
You are a short walk to Coligny Beach Park and Coligny Plaza which offers great shops, restaurants and bars. Imagine, going out for the evening and just walking along the beach to get back to your vacation home.

Check in was easy. The unit was very clean. The bedroom had a musty smell, but improved after airing it out. The condo’s been beautifully updated. It is quite small, so when in the unit, we spent a lot of time on the balcony. Beach and pool were great. The bed was comfortable, but the air conditioner in the bedroom was very loud! I ended up sleeping on the sofa, which was not as comfy. All in all it was a good week

Great Place
We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It is updated and very comfortable. Location is great, great view. We had a small problem with the TV but the owners were easy to contact, they responded quickly and we got it taken care of. We were glad we found this listing. We got some great sunrise pictures on the beach.

You can’t beat the view!
This was such a perfect spot on the island! Super close to everything and a very short walk to the beach. We instantly felt at home and there was nothing better than sitting on the balcony listening to the waves.

We love Hilton Head Island and we having been vacationing on the island since 1995. Owning a condominium on the ocean has been a life time dream. As soon as we saw the view from the balcony we knew this was the one we wanted. It is everything we look for when we are renting on the Island.

What makes this property unique

Heated pool at 82 degrees. Newly added feature unique because heated pools are not in most complexes on the island.
