This adorable one bedroom, one bathroom studio is perfect for beach lovers who want to be close to the surf, but still want to keep a few dollars in their pocket to spend at the wonderful restaurants and boutiques nearby! Recently updated, Seaside Studio is well laid out with a queen sized bed and full sized futon. This unit comes fully stocked with everything from beach towels and chairs to buckets for gathering shells and shark's teeth on Englewood Beach- a mere 65 short steps away! Toss your line in from the beach or grab a nearby charter to experience world class fishing in the famous Boca Grande Pass or Stump Pass. Speaking of Stump Pass... you can walk to the breathtaking Stump Pass State Park from our studio in less than four minutes!

The perfect getaway for me and my two Collies
The weather was absolutely perfect. I found lots of shells and lots of sharks teeth. And in the evening I took my two Collies for a walk on the ocean, and they absolutely loved the beautiful Breeze. We can't wait to go back. I noticed it had all new windows and a fresh paint job along with a new roof because of the hurricane.

Great Location
Perfect studio for a couple. Fantastic location close to the beach and to Stump Pass, and also a very easy 15' walk to several restaurants. Great value! Owner was very responsive. The batteries of our tv remote were dead, so she had Amazon deliver a new pack of batteries first thing the next day. Will definitely consider coming back here.

Perfect for two people, walk to the beach and everything you need. So glad I didn’t have to bring beach chairs and all the stuff you want on the beach. We will return.

Adorable cottage in a great location
Loved my stay at the Seaside Studio! It was cozy and well cared for. I stayed by myself but had some family over one night and it was perfect. It had plenty of seating both inside and outside for my family to hang out. And the location is wonderful. Conveniently close to the beach but also very quiet and peaceful. I hope to stay again in the future!!!
