On the 1st floor, a large bedroom with balcony and magnificent sea views from 2 angles, another double bedroom and 2 children's bedrooms, as well as 2 bathrooms with toilets.

Beautiful home with wonderful views and location.
We had a wonderful week in Houlgate and found the home to have everything we needed and especially appreciated the laundry facilities which include a dryer. Although one shower caused a water leak, the owners were incredibly kind and proactive in bringing in a plumber to fix the problem. We will never forget this beautiful home within the beautiful and less touristy town of Houlgate.

Pour la deuxième fois nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cette villa. La villa ne laisse rien à désirer. Elle est parfaite!La villa est très, très propre, bien équipée et préparé d'un très haut niveau. Les photos disent tout!

Maison qui nous laisse rêveur......
Merci au propriétaire de nous avoir permis à ma famille et moi même de séjourner dans votre belle villa " la brise" Son charme a fait l'unanimité.....avec un emplacement idéal, vue sur la mer et ses alentours..... ...passer le pas de la porte à êté pour chacun d'entre nous, un enchantement!! Chaque piece à eté conçue avec un goût certain.. Le salon très chaleureux, tres cossu..avec cette sérénité apaisante.. La cuisine ou nous prenions nos quartiers ..nous laisse encore rêveur ... Belle surface..... Le grand escalier , majestueux ...nous menant tambour battant aux chambres aussi belles les unes que les autres ...Le charme et le confort en plus..... Nous retenons que le meilleur de cette belle demeure.... D'inoubliables moments passés en famille....
