The unit is located only one block from Center St. and right behind Bert's Market- the local award winning grocer and deli. It has one bedroom, a pull out sofa in the living room, full kitchen and bath. Linens, including beach towels are provided. It is equipped with Direct TV, Netflix and WiFi. There is a small patio and communal grill outside. This is a great little spot for a couple or a family with small children to enjoy Folly from!

Cute Folly Property
My dog and I really enjoyed our stay at this property! I found it to be clean, decorated in a cute, beachy style, and conveniently located. It's nice and cozy, & very close to the beach!

Best location in Folly.
To be able to walk into Bert's every morning for a coffee and catch the sunrise was priceless Small but was able to cook a thanksgiving dinner

Ehh…
It was an alright place, but I would not stay again. Location is VERY noisy. Has a liquor store and bar right next door that is constantly loud. Tenants above were not only loud, but parked in the “walking” area and blocked one of the entrance gates instead of their designated parking spot. Surrounding area was so loud that I left the night before check out since I wasn’t gonna be able to sleep anyways. Shower has mold on the wood pieces that should be replaced/treated. There is a step in the bath area that you can easily miss since there is no safety/caution tape. Almost fell and had to put the laundry basket there to remind myself about the step. Highly recommend to put caution tape so the step is noticeable and less of a safety hazard. Pro: Pet friendly, a block from the beach, easy check in/out. Note: Dates are wrong. Check in was Friday, 10/20 (5PM) thru Monday, 10/23 (10AM). However, I checked out Sunday night (10/22).

Our family lives right here- we have stayed in and enjoyed each unit with our children over the years. We have three girls and and two boys. In addition to the rentals we run the local grocery market on the island (Bert's Market) and recently opened up a boutique recording studio (Fairweather Studio). We love to travel around our beautiful country camping along the way as well as riding atv's, surfing, kayaking, painting ect. Omar and the children are passionate about music.
