This incredibly spacious and comfortable vacation home features the most stunning and unobstructed views of Snow Canyon right from the private back patio. Take in the breathtaking surroundings while roasting marshmallows on the fire pit, soaking in the private hot tub, or BBQ'ing on the gas grill. This home can sleep up to 31 people between its spacious 6 bedrooms (each with a bathroom) and hosts 2 large living rooms with cozy seating. Family favorite amenities in this home include a pool table, Xbox and several board games - perfect for a game night!

After a day of exploring southern Utah or splashing at the resort pool, feed your hungry group in the well equipped, deluxe kitchen stocked with anything a chef may need. Enjoy your meal with company at the custom 16-person farmhouse table, the large 5 seat island, or at one of many patio seats. This home is well stocked and ready for any size gathering!

Perfect for a large family
We rented this property for a family vacation. There was ample sleeping accommodations for 10 adults and 8 children. The kitchen was well stocked, location and amenities, super. Easy check in and out.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is great for large families without feeling like everyone is on top of each other. A few things could have made it better. The hot tub was leaking and not maintained. When we arrived it was less than half filled and lots of dirt/rocks in the bottom. As well the coffee maker was working, but poorly. Aside from those issues the place was outstanding.
