Larkspur Lair is a gorgeous, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Gold rated cabin that sleeps up to 7 guests. The fully equipped kitchen sports granite countertops, all stainless steel appliances, all cooking and dining essentials, a teapot, blender, dishwasher, and plenty of room for a family cooking showdown. Built-in 2016, this beautiful home has been designed with your comfort in mind. It has an automatically starting, whole house backup generator, spacious rooms, a washer, and a dryer and is in close proximity to The Redwoods office and Event Center. The comfortable living room features a river rock fireplace, plush upholstered couch and chairs, and carpeting. Need entertainment? A large flat-screen satellite TV and WiFi are at your disposal, along with a CD/DVD player, games, poker set, cards, dice, coloring books, and a small book library. Wonderful stay, beautiful place
Really wonderful property and we had an absolutely fantastic stay. It’s a spacious place with a well appointed kitchen and a great deck to hang out on. I loved the proximity to Chilnaulna Falls, Mariposa Grove, and the Wawona hotel where we dined a couple times. Yosemite Valley is about an hours drive but being inside the gate you don’t have to worry about a line to get into the park, so that’s nice too. It’s professionally managed with a management office close by to help with whatever you need. Overall it was a great stay, really comfortable, and I look forward to a return visit!

AMAZING CABIN !!!
We stayed here in Jan, 2022 it was an awesome experience. They have a small grocery store 5 mins walking distance from the cabin. I was mesmerized by the beauty of outdoors, had a great time w/ family. Cooked in the spacious kitchen and had a great family dinner. Definitely going back next winter.

Cute Cabin Inside The Park
Great being inside the park and avoiding entry lines each day. Close to Mariposa Grove, 50 minutes to the valley. Property was clean and well equipped. Loved the covered front deck, great place to relax after a morning of hiking!

In the spring, the rivers and waterfalls throughout the Park, including nearby Chilnualna Falls, are nothing short of awe-inspiring.

During the summer, you have the opportunity to relax in the south fork of the Merced River & cascading waterfalls. Enjoy a hike to nearby Chilnualna Falls, the Swinging Bridge, and the Meadow Loop Trail. Visit the nearby famous Mariposa Grove of Giant Sequoias. Enjoy fine dining and play golf at the historic Big Trees Lodge (formerly The Wawona Hotel), go horseback riding, fishing, enjoy Ranger walks and talks, or visit the Living History Center/Pioneer Village.

In the fall, the colors are spectacular as you enjoy the walking path around the golf course of the nearby historic Big Trees Lodge. See the nearby famous Mariposa Grove of Giant Sequoias.

In the winter, the family-friendly Yosemite Ski and Snowboard Area (formerly Badger Pass Ski Area) offers snowshoeing, snowboarding, skiing, cross-country ski tours, and in Yosemite Valley enjoy the outdoor ice skating rink.

In any season our Wedding and Event Center is open for all occasions! Whether it's for a group ski vacation, business training, a family Christmas or Thanksgiving get together, or a reunion of any kind this is the perfect spot for all to gather. Our Wedding and Event Center comfortably seats 100 for group meetings, and 80 for formal dining.
