Nice modern 2 room apartment in the center of Miraflores; near restaurants, bars, movies, shops, etc. It's a well distributed space, with all the facilities that make you feel like home (cable tv, furniture, wifi, etc).

Only 5 flats in the building, easy and direct access to the street. The elevator opens directly in the flat.

DO NOT RENT THIS APARTMENT !!
Eduardo failed to mention that there are 14 contiguous lanes of traffic (included Via Espressa) that start with-in 6' from the front gate. He did put dual glazed windows in the bedrooms but there is no air conditioning. So, you get 2 choices a.can't sleep with the window (noise) or you can suffocate. Most of the furnishing are damaged. For an apartment that sleeps 4 Eduardo has supplies a total of 2 plates. Eduardo also said he would provide a DVD player. He never did! One more thing, If you are taller than 5'-10" then you essentially have to crawl into the kitchen. This person should be banned from VRBO. I will pursue a complete refund through my credit card!
