Discover the charm of this refurbished apartment located in the heart of the city of Annecy. Its elevated position offers both calm and a beautiful view of the mountains and the castle. Everything is done on foot, lake, train station, old town.
Apartment type 3 of character with a floor area of 62m². Its capacity is planned for 6 people maximum. It is located on the 4th floor of the residence, at the corner of the city's main pedestrian street. Shops at your feet. The charm of its exposed beams. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a TV and a DVD player. The bathroom has a bath and a shower. The wc is independent. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and cupboards. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and cupboards. There is also a mezzanine which can be used as a bedroom for children. The linen is included in the rental. The apartment is rented with a private parking space in a closed car park which is 30 meters from the building (maximum height 1m90 for roof box).
All charges are included in the rental price (water and electricity included)
Cleaning is not included in the rent. You can do it yourself or there is a 50 € package
A security deposit of € 300 against any damage will be required on the day of arrival and will be returned to you on the day of your departure.
The security deposit can be paid in cash (cash) or by a check which is not cashed.

Très beau environnement
Appartement idéalement situé à proximité de tout à pieds avec un emplacement véhicule.Seul bémol qu il n y est pas de climatisation dans l appart.Beaucoup de visites à faire,de promenades.Il y a tout pour plaire.

Teilweise hätte das Objekt sauberer sein können (insbesondere die Küchenutensilien). Die sehr gute Lage, der Preis und der höfliche Vermieter sowie das Ambiente gleichen das aber voll aus. Daher noch 5 Sterne :-)
