About this property

Beautiful 16th Century Village House


Close to Châteaux, Troglodyte Villages and Futuroscope. the property is in an ancient historic village. Three double bedrooms and a fully enclosed courtyard make this an ideal location for a family base whilst exploring the beautiful Loire.

The accommodation comprises:
Open plan room with kitchen, dining and lounge.
Fully enclosed small courtyard with table and chairs.
Garage (for small or medium cars only – there is plenty of parking within a minutes walk of the property for larger vehicle)
Bedroom 1. King sized bed, dressing table and fitted wardrobes.
Bedroom 2. Double bed, dressing table and cupboard.
Bedroom 3. Double bed, dressing table and fitted wardrobe. A single bed can be provided for this room upon request.
Shower room.
Separate WC.
Our guests have sole occupancy and access to all areas of the property apart from the cellar.
There is English satellite TV, a DVD player and collection of DVD's for our guests to enjoy. We have also a selection of board games and books.

Trop de choses manquantes dans cette maison (pas de bol, pas de grille pain, pas d'essoreuse pour la salade, pas de casserole, des poêles minuscules-même pour trois, pas de couvert à salade ni de cuillère en bois, pas d'étendoir à serviette dans la salle de bain, pas de congélateur-donc pas de glace et réfrigérateur minuscule ect...) De plus, les communications téléphoniques ne passent que dans la commune voisine (Barrou 4 kms).
