We offer a “Gourmet Chef & Menu Package” that includes the fantastic cooking service of our House Chef and the grocery shopping, all this for you to be in a real vacation!

The Food Packages can be any combination of meals you would like. For example, for 5 Breakfasts and 5 Lunches or Dinners with fresh juice “Aguas Frescas” for breakfast and sodas for dinner as beverages, for your entire party.

This package has a starting price of $175 USD per adult and $165 USD per child under 12 years old.

Breakfast consists of coffee or tea, fresh juice waters (aguas frescas), Eggs or pancakes or toast & Side order

Lunch or Dinner consists of a Starter, Pasta or Soup or salad, Grill or Special Dish & Dessert.

The Menu is one entrée per meal, not a restaurant style of ordering.
You can then purchase the other things you’ll need like snacks, alcohol, etc. either yourselves, with us or with an online grocery service.

We can put together any combination of meals you would like for your group, depending on your activities. You can upgrade your package and receive more menu options so you can enjoy the most of your stay!

Just remodeled with contemporary & modern styles & finishing. This magnificent villa of almost 6,000 square feet of interior space with an additional 3,500 square feet of terraces, patios, rooftop and outdoor living space was featured in the book, 'Travel Stories of the Mayan Riviera', and again featured in the travel magazine, 'Budget Travel'.

When using only 5 or 6 Bedrooms, you pick the ones you want to use after you arrive. The bedrooms you don't use are then locked for no one else to use. You have the entire villa to yourselves!
Casa Caribena was just remodeled with granite in both kitchens, marble bathroom counter tops with vessel sinks, re-tiled showers with glass panels, ALL mahogany woodwork throughout the entire villa and re-tiled floors with 20 inch tiles! Everything is white, with clean lines and lovely! All giving it a very New & Contemporary Look!!! It’s a NEW VILLA!!!

Casa Caribeña is a beautiful 7 bedroom villa with 6 Master Suites and 1 bedroom with its bath across the hall. All bedrooms are in the villa with none in the maid’s quarter’s house (casita). The villa is on a sandy white beach, with a wonderful Beachfront Infinity pool and fantastic patio for incredible outdoor living! The largest of the 3 pools has a wonderful in-water lounging area. There also is a Rooftop Plunge Pool & Roof Top Living Room, Bar & Bath, where you can see the entire bay. This is the place to be!
The huge kitchen has all that you need to cook whatever you like but we have something even better for you!!! We can offer you a COMPLETE Gourmet Chef Service and Food Package, for your entire party!! Now, ALL THE COOKS, in your group get a vacation also. You may have your meals in the dining room or you may also enjoy your meals “Alfresco” on the patio directly in front of the turquoise blue waters of the Caribbean.
The living room is connected to the dining room by beautiful arches and has English & Spanish Satellite with 60 inch TV. A powder room bath, along with the wet bar is connected to the living room and invites you to create your favorite tropical specialties.
The pool also has a lounging area in the water so you can stay cool while soaking up the rays.
Upstairs on the roof, you have your personal dipping pool that accommodates people from where you’ll gaze at the beautiful colors of the Caribbean, or the spectacular stars at night. The neighbors will be very envious of you since you are in the only rooftop dipping pool in the entire bay. The higher you go, the better the views. Look all the down the beach to the ruins of Tulum and beyond or north to the point. The views will astound you. This is the spot to be while sipping your Margarita or Pina Colada, having a massage or just enjoying.
For those that would rather not get wet, there is huge, shaded, very comfortable living room area, along with a Bar and Bath.
Casa Caribena is immaculately clean and furbished so that you feel the love that has been put into it.
Each bedroom is air-conditioned and has its' own private bath. There is also a half bath by the bar for your convenience and another half bath is on the roof. The first Master-Suite is beachfront, huge and has a Queen-size and 3 Twin beds, along with private bath. The second Master-Suite is also on the beach side with a king-size bed, private bath, vanity and is very spacious. The third Master-Suite has a view of the lovely gardens and pool and has a queen-size bed and private bath. The fourth Master-Suite is upstairs and on the ocean with its king size bed, personal terrace and private bath. The fifth Master-Suite is also upstairs, ocean side; with a king size bed, personal terrace, & private bath. The sixth bedroom is upstairs overlooking the pool & jungle with 2 Twin beds that can be put together to me a king size bed, walk-in closet and its bathroom is across the hall.
Casa Caribeña invites you to have the best vacation of your life. The second living room upstairs is very comfy with 2 sofas around a TV with English & Spanish satellite programming. Adjacent to this room is a game room with floor to ceiling windows that gives you the view of the entire bay. You feel like you are outside while sitting in this room. There is also a full bar up here with a full size frig and stove and utensils.
Lounging is a priority while at Casa Caribena so there are lounge chairs. Besides the 13 x 26 foot pool having its own lounge area inside, there are also lounge chairs, and a hammock area with a soft sandy floor for your relaxing. Whether you are swinging in one of the hammocks, or gazing at the entire bay of Tankah from your rooftop perch, you know that you are in paradise.
Pampering is also a priority here. You have fantastic masseuses that come to the villa and give the most wonderful relaxing massages, manicures, pedicures, and facials while lounging around the pool, under the palapa patio, up on the roof or wherever you prefer. All of these services come to you while at Casa Caribena at very reasonable additional costs. You don't have to go anywhere.
Casa Caribena has a wireless Internet connection. The sea kayaks and paddle boards are great fun to play with and the snorkeling is spectacular, directly in front on the villa. Bone fishing trips can be made to go to Boca Paila, one of the foremost bone fishing areas in the world only 45 minutes from Casa Caribena. Deep Sea fishing can also be arranged and is only minutes away.
There is a great dive shop just 50 yards from the villa and 4 restaurants/bars within a 5 minute walking distance, along with a mini-market. You are located within minutes of Mayan Ruins, Cenotes, Dry Caves, Playa del Carmen, Xcaret, Xel-Ha, and Chichen Itz, plus lots, lots more! You are in the MIDDLE of the Riviera Maya.
A few steps down the beach is the famous Cenote Manati. This is a fresh water pool, of emerald green, crystal clear water. You have the beautiful Caribbean in front of you with the cool fresh water cenote in back of you. What a place to be...
