This condo is a great romantic getaway or it can be perfect for the family and pets. Master Bedroom has a King Bed its own bath, Flat Screen, Sitting area, and French Doors leading out on the Balcony with views of Ocean and the Canal. Sit out on the balcony upstairs with your coffee or wine. Whether it is morning or evening the views are spectacular. We are located on North Padre Island on Lake Padre.

Downstairs you have queen sofa sleeper and loveseat. Enjoy the 55" Flat Screen TV mounted high on wall for all to see. Plenty of seating in Living room for entertaining extra guests. The Kitchen has all Appliances you will need for your stay as well as all cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes, etc. All Linens are provided. Please bring your own Beach Towels. We will furnish your first start of sundries such as dish washing detergent, toilet tissue, soaps, trash bags, etc. HEB grocery for you to stock up is only 5 miles from condo. There is a new IGA Market less than a mile from condo.

There is a Full Bath downstairs with a water fall sink and faucet you'll love and a tub/shower combination. In the Foyer behind the Bi-fold doors is a Kenmore Stack-able Washer and Dryer.

Enjoy you own little private veranda out the back door on our tiled back porch. There is plenty of seating and is a great place to corral the little ones before going out.

Come on out and down to the Dock for fishing. Fish cleaning station right on waters edge. While you are pulling in the big one, the kids can be playing in the pool. Or maybe they want to take kayak lessons. If the fish aren't biting in the canal, no worries. Walk on down to the Beach and do some surf fishing while the kids ride the waves. After a day of fun in the sun, stroll on down to Boathouse Bar and Grill to enjoy good food, drinks and Karaoke out on the deck.

Walking on down to the Beach will give you a nice surprise that many don't know about. There is a great Seawall that stretches approximately 2 miles. Great for walking, bike riding, skateboarding, or just hanging out. Another advantage of this area, there is a portion of this beach that has barriers to keep vehicles from driving in this area. Absolutely great for young children.

We have BBQ grills on grounds for your use. Seating on the Dock and great chairs to lounge around the pool.
