Luxury four bedroom villa with king size pool

Laneia villa is a new luxury, air conditioned villa set in extensive grounds with a private king size swimming pool. The villa has 4 bedrooms so can accommodate larger parties or smaller groups. Set in a large 750 sq m plot the villa offers many opportunities to relax and soak up the sun and the views while enjoying complete privacy. Three of the bedrooms walk out through patio doors straight on to the pool which covers the length of the veranda. With a huge sunshade to relax under you can watch the fun in the pool or there is an alternative veranda that runs down the side of the villa offering stunning views of 20 miles of coastline from Pissouri bay right across the Akrotiri peninsular. Walk down into the mature garden area to cook yourself a BBQ. If you like to relax indoors, you can enjoy a selection of films -sports etc courtesy of the Satellite TV & cool down with fans or air-conditioning in every room. CD & DVD players and three showers and three loos inside.

Pissouri is about 25 minutes from Paphos Airport. It is about 15 minutes from fantastic golf courses. The major cities of Paphos and Limassol are both about 25 minutes drive.

On arrival there will be a welcome back - including a very welcome bottle of wine. Clean linen and towels are provided for your stay - do not forget your beach towels. Inside the villa will be information and local contacts should you need them. Recommended restaurants and beaches, supermarkets etc are all provided in the book.

The villa is in an area called Pissouri Heights and in the heat of the summer it has a very welcoming cooling breeze. The village square is within walking distance with its many restaurants bars and tavernas. It is the only government preserved village square in Cyprus and is known for its wonderful friendly atmosphere. A five minute drive takes you to Pissouri beach area with more bars and tavernas and all water sports.

Big villa with a stunning view
The villa has everything you need. The pool is very big. You can see along the coast line and to the Troodos mountains. Because of the central position of the villa we coult make trips to all parts of the island-

Almost perfect house
We were generally happy with our stay at Ian's home. Unfortunately, the larger bathroom was not (or not properly) cleaned. But since there was cleaning supplies there, it wasn't too bad. We were a bit surprised that no one came and looked at the house the entire time, something we had never seen before. Otherwise, the inside of the house is in very good condition; it appears to have just been freshly painted. There could be a bit of work to be done outside, but it's all just small things. We would rent the house again and felt comfortable in it. Thank you!

Lovely villa and great location
Had an amazing stay. We're met with bread, butter, milk, eggs and a bottle of wine on arrival which was a lovely touch. Villa a lovely size and the pool was amazing, perfect temperature for the time of year. Plenty of areas to sunbathe but equally lots of shade if you want it. 20 minute slow walk to the local square which had an excellent selection of restaurants and bars, only 1 shop which was a bit pricey but ok for us as we didn't need much, however the walk is downhill and therefore the walk back was uphill and fairly steep. Local taxi company was excellent and very reasonable. Villa clean and tidy and had everything you would need and there was air-conditioning in all the bedrooms. We we're visited daily by 3 beautiful kittens that were a great source of entertainment. In my opinion i believe the lounge needs air-conditioning as on the couple of evenings we sat indoors and watched a film it was extremely hot. There is a ceiling fan but this just circulated hot air. The water is dangerously hot so i believe there should be warning signs and if any food was dropped and not cleaned up properly or crisps were left without being well sealed the ants were a problem. However this did not spoil our stay in any way and would not hesitate to return.

Beautiful property and location
Spacious, attractive property in a lovely part of Pissouri, with stunning views. Owner was prompt and clear in his communication and very helpful both in the run up to the visit, and during it - made a big difference - thank you. We had a fantastic time!

My father was in the RAF and first brought us to Cyprus when i was 10. I went to school in Nicosia, and as a teenager i went to St Johns in Episkopi. I left Cyprus in 1974 after the invasion.Ever since then we returned for holidays whenever we could, and then in March several years ago i was conducting a walk across the island when i walked into a village i had never seen before - Pissouri. I knew my wife would love this with its preserved village square, friendly villagers and some real old school restaurants. Sure enough she did - we had Laneia villa built and from now on it is Pissouri for us.

Why they chose this property

People love staying here. It is designed for privacy. It has larger grounds at 750 sq metres and therefore there are several places to sit and enjoy views - down to the sea from the front - and the Troodos mountain range from the rear.Couples enjoy staying here and for larger groups in 2015 we have added an outside changing room with shower and loo (now three of each in the villa).King size pool is good for exercise or games or for relaxing.Lower garden area to stretch the legs or BBQ. The villa has flat screen TV with Wi-Fi to bring you some English TV as well as films and news etc.
