We welcome you in our New Comfortable and Stylish 2 bedrooms Apartment for up to 6 people, ideally located near city center and shuttles departure, fully renovated, with views over the mountains, and with an indoor parking spot + Wifi. The apartment is classified "3 Stars" by the “Furnished Tourist Accommodation Label”.

RENTAL:
- The apartment is superbly located, in a peaceful and quiet environment, just 3 minutes ’walk to the vibrant city center and all amenities
- You will be close to everything. There is ski a shop right down the residence. Just a short walk is the main bus station "Chamonix Sud" which serves the whole of the Chamonix valley.

INTERIOR:
- Warm and spacious open-plan living area with patio doors leading to a balcony with views over the mountain. The space has quality amenities including wood flooring, mountain-style furniture, a large comfy sofa, dimmer switch lighting system to create a cozy atmosphere, as well as TV, Wifi and Bluetooth speakers.
- There is a large dining table for 6 and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer / dryer, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, and more.
- 2 beautiful bedrooms with their own balcony, which can be configured with double or single beds on demand. There is also a very comfortable double sofa-bed in the living room. Sleeps 6 people in total.
- Brand new bathroom with bathtub, heated towels rail, hair dryer and a separate toilet

Just outside Chamonix sud yet close to the town and all amenities
Small bedrooms and bathroom (although separate loo is handy), but the living space is a lovely open space. Sadly the balcony doesn't enjoy the views the front of the property has, but not a problem when out all day. Overall a very well equipped and practical space with everything you need. We particularly liked the two twin rooms as we were a group of four friends.

Perfect place for a small family!
We couldn’t be any happier with this property. We are a family of 2 adults and 1 “tweenager.” This 2-bedroom apartment had a lovely living room and a compact but great kitchen, and was the perfect base for our wonderful week in Chamonix. The location is excellent, just 2 blocks to the main pedestrian street through Chamonix with shops and restaurants, and an excellent ski rental shop less than a block away. There was a small but great balcony off the living room, with views of the mountains. Finally, it had a well-placed ski room on the ground level for skis and boots and also everything you need in the unit. We cooked at home several nights and most breakfasts, which was a big plus for us. The kitchen is well equipped and there are lots of places to buy local foods within walking distance in Chamonix. The beds were comfy and the whole place was just cozy as could be. Having parking under the building was also very helpful. The host, Tony, was available whenever we had a question and even we’ll before our stay, especially about things like local guides (my husband had a memorable day with a private guide Tony recommended). We had a terrific 5 days here, would highly recommend this property, and we plan to stay here again! :-)

Très agréable
Appartement très bien situé, près du centre ville, des bus qui desservent toute la vallée et donc les remontées mécaniques et à 5 mn de la gare. La cuisine est bien équipée (casseroles, vaisselle...etc), la literie confortable. Et le tout avec une belle décoration. Tony a été très réactif à nos messages et la procédure d'entrée et de départ est très simple.

Très belle location idéalement située
L’appartement a un joli charme Il est situé dans une résidence qui se situe à 200 m de l’entrée de la principale rue piétonne de Chamonix donc très bien placé. La relation avec le propriétaire a été parfaite et l’entrée dans les lieux s’est très bien passé avec les consignes données. Si je devais trouver un reproche à cette location, ça concerne son orientation. La vue n’est pas très dégagée sur la vallée de Chamonix, mais le prix de la location correspond tout à fait à ce point. La vue ça se paye donc si vous souhaitez avoir une vue sur le Mont-Blanc il va falloir choisir une autre location est payer beaucoup plus cher.
