Our 1Bdr/1Ba- #212-B (PRIVATE ENTRANCE and RESERVED PARKING SPACE, AIR CONDITIONING) w/cathedral ceilings is newly renovated with TILE floors (light&bright!), deep stainless steel sink w/ granite counter top, 40"flat screen w/blu ray, dvd, queen size bed/linens , indoor and outdoor dinning, full size bathroom with shower, well stocked kitchenette with all the amenities, including refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, blender, pots and pans, dishes and utensils. Beach chairs/umbrellas/boogie boards, cooler,, etc. You have your own private entrance, large lanai and, again, your own RESERVED parking space(Rare). Key Access to a large wonderful pool and jacuzzi with BBQ grills and poolside table and chairs.
Outside of ALL these amenities there is shopping at nearby Princeville, sidewalk into the charming village with a backdrop of trees, mountains and golf courses! The famous North Shore beaches are minutes away. Old Hanalei Town is just down the hill and across the one way bridge. There you can rent kayaks, paddle boards, surf boards, bikes , snorkel/fins, and lots of restaurants are there for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Again, your RESERVED PARKING SPACE ( NO CHARGE ) at Sandpipper is: #212, #B. (20’ from your doorstep!) Stay out late and your space is reserved for you! It’s not by accident we stay fully occupied! We always have the “welcome” mat out!

Princeville stay
The accommodations were comfortable and adequate for the two of us. The small oven was a nice touch as well as the beach chairs and cooler. The pool and hot tub were beautifully maintained and secure in a wonderfully landscaped environment. Our stay of three days was adequate to see the north shore and eastern side of the island. There is no shortage of beaches, but parking in busier times (Christmas, spring break )would be challenging. Food trucks were great!!

Perfect rental for us
Our stay was for 7 days, we had everything we needed and more! I loved the outside kitchen very much! The owner was very accomodating. We highly recommend this rental !

Why they chose this property

We had vacationed here several times and chose Sandpiper because of its old Hawaiiana style, the amenities, and location on the North Shore. The vegetation is very lush, the song birds are plentiful, the condos are kept up nicely, and its one of the few with a big pool, spa, and BBQ in the same area. Good for entertaining and relaxing. Also the lanais are of the largest of any condos in the area, expanding your outdoor living.
We have a sunset view, and the studio is considered a garden apt. even though we are nicely located on the 2nd floor. We are located in the “quiet” section of Sandpiper.
