Enjoy preparing your own southern cuisine in the large well stocked kitchen or take a lovely stroll to one of the neighborhood restaurants .Enjoy your stay by walking or biking the beautiful trails of Port Royal, you are just a short bike ride to Sands beach and we have bicycles! Port Royal has beautiful walking trails and lovely shops and is just a 2 miles to Parris Island Marine Station and just a short distance to Historic Downtown Beaufort.

Enjoy a peaceful nights sleep in #1) " Sweet Dreams" the master room with comfortable king size bed and 400 count all cotton bedding , this room has a full bathroom attached,#2) "The Secret Garden Room" has two twin beds and opens out to a small quite porch which leads to a wonderful outdoor space complete with B.B.Q , picnic table, fire pit , chairs, this area is perfect for s"mores and evening relaxation. Bedroom #3) "Ships Ahoy" this spacious room has a bunk with a full and a twin and also a very comfortable queen size bed. If you are still in need of extra sleeping areas both of our sofas fold out into queen size beds. , free Wi-Fi, and Hunting Island Beach pass for your vacationing pleasure.

Marine Corps Graduation
My grandson graduated from Parris Island. This is perfectly locate for easy access to the base, stores & restaurants. The house has a bit of a musty smell from the basement. I am sensitive to fragrances & odors, once you get past that it is fine. The house is larger than it looks with plenty of spaces to hang out together or in separate groups. We were only there for a short time so weren’t able to get out into the community much. The neighborhood driving to the house is a bit unmanicured. There were no loud noises from out side. It was quite peaceful. It would have been nice to have had a few more days to enjoy all the amenities. It would be a great place to plan a 7-10 family/friends trip!

Nice place, but steps NEED repaired
This property was clean and it was nicely decorated with all the amenities that it stated on the listing & lots of room for our large family group of 8 adults. The only problem with property, besides the young adults teasing about the creepy doll in the basement game room... lol, is that the steps leading up to the front and side doors (adjacent to the driveway parking) were very rickety and made the elders of the group extremely uncomfortable when traveling up & down them.

This properly was exactly as described. It was large enought to sleep our group of 12 and located in an ideal neighborhood. Close to Parrish Island and cozy little restaurants. Also close to the beach.

This home has a beautiful lay out for a large family , lots of rooms a laundry room , a room to relax right off the kitchen , a nice sit down dining area the living room and den area join so that you can entertain while others are watching t.v. and still be together. The master bedroom is so comfortable , you may want to sleep in but their are to many wonderful things to do in Port Royal you will want to get out and enjoy!

We have a vrbo upstairs apartment that accommodates 2 "The Nest" if you should need it for over flow see #1047377 Also the house has a large basement game room ! Oh yes, please enjoy the ijoy massage chair!Safe quite neighborhood.
