Spacious open plan 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2 seating areas, fully air conditioned villa with own private enclosed oversize 30 foot heated pool which over looks one of the tranquil lake within the scenic and safe family environment of the gated community of Lake Berkley Resort Kissimmee, Florida.

This villa is ideal for families who want the luxury of a Florida villa but also want to be close to the theme parks and with Disney only being 20 minutes away my villa is perfect. Tinted Windows & patio doors to stop UV rays and helps keep my villa cool.

The fully enclosed 30 foot heated pool over looks the beautiful lake, the pool area has an extended patio for more comfort and space.

Our popular vacation villa has 2 spacious air conditioned seating areas for you to relax in both have LED HD TV. 1st has Sling TV with a great selection of channels including ESPN, Fox, AMC and many more . 2nd room has an Xbox One connected to keep the little and big kids happy! Games room with Pool table & Ping Pong Table.

Lake Berkley Resort with 24 hour security gate and is located in Kissimmee just behind Medieval Times on the 192. The resort offers clubhouse with fitness room & large communal pool and children's splash area. There is also a children's play area, tennis court, basketball court, fishing in all of the 3 fully stocked lakes, nature trail around the natural spring fed 14 acre lake & private beach.
ALL THESE FACILITIES ARE FREE FOR YOU TO USE WHILE YOU STAY ON THE RESORT.

Already thinking about our next trip
House is spacious, clean, inviting and comfortable. Great location as well. Disney and other attractions, like airboat rides, are roughly a 30 min drive (worth it!). Amenities like restaurants and groceries are very nearby. We're already looking at dates to go back. Richard was a great host. Not only was the house a great experience, but communication was easy. I am so grateful that our first family vacation was such a good experience!

This was our sixth year staying in this home for 6 weeks each. It was clean and was well looked after. We felt safe in this gated community. We never needed to call or saw the management company.
