This beautiful villa with south orientation and located in a private community, with garden and swimming pool for private use, is perfect for a family holiday. Its perfect location in a gated and secure community, a few minutes from the main shops and restaurants in the area, and about 15 minutes walk from the beach make this enclave a place to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

The villa is equipped with full kitchen, ventilated laundry, a shared bathroom, a large living room and a fantastic covered terrace to enjoy family meals overlooking the sea, next to the garden and the pool. It has 3 bedrooms, two on the lower level and one on the upper level, all with natural light. The two bedrooms on the lower floor are equipped with one with two single beds and the other with a double bed; and the room on the top floor, has a double bed, a private bathroom and a terrace for own use, with panoramic views.

Beautiful Villa
My family, six adults and an infant spent a week at this beautiful villa. The service from the local agent Maria was excellent, who met our party at the Villa, responded immediately to any queries and was present when we left the premises. The upstairs bedroom had the benefit of air conditioning, which was welcome during our stay as above average temperatures. The pool was excellent and regularly maintained. Carrefour supermarket, numerous restaurants and bars were situated in the centro commercial area which were just 5 minutes away in the car. The nearest beach was 20 minute walk away, across the A7 footbridge.

Wunderschöne Villa mit super Preis/Leistung Verhältniss
Der Kundenservice war durchweg alle erste Klasse! Es wurde auf alle Anliegen eingegangen und auf Fragen wurde uns in kurzer Zeit geantwortet. Die Villa befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend von Elviria, nicht weit von den schönsten Stränden/Beachclubs entfernt. Die Villa war sehr sauber und auch die Ausstattung von der Küche war völlig ausreichend. Wir können diese Villa mit dem super Kundenservice von Maria definitiv weiter empfehlen ! Bis bald !

VILLA EXCELENTE
Simplemente fueron unas vacaciones fenomenales en una villa excelente por ubicación, tranquilidad, comodidad, tamaño y limpieza, con un jardín y piscina muy bien cuidado. La casa estaba completa de utensilios de cocina y todo tipo de accesorios. Un ejemplo de atención, había 3 hamacas/tumbonas en la piscina y cuando supieron que éramos 4 personas no dudaron en comprar 3 más para nuestra comodidad y nos las trajeron al día siguiente. La atención, amabilidad, trato y comunicación de la agencia fue de 10. Espero no nos la quitéis las próximas vacaciones, pues sin dudarlo nos gustaría volver.
