The apartment is in a land shaded by maritime pines. The house is 100 m from the nearby beach along a dirt road. Through the nearby pine forest to the south you can see the sea, to the west you are surrounded by Mediterranean scrub with a view of the Borraco tower and beautiful sunsets. Also ideal for those who own a boat, considering that there is a split system (ramp) and a small bar on the beach where you can enjoy a good coffee or a cold drink, perhaps after a nice morning swim.
The house is cool because it is insulated enough, there are no heat reverberation problems from the walls and ceilings, especially at night.

Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in Mitten von einem großen Garten mit alten Pinienbäumen, die Schatten und Schutz spenden. Das Haus ist nur 100 m vom nahen Sandstrand entfernt. Durch die "Pineta" hat man Seeblick, im Westen eine weite Aussicht auf die "Macchia Mediterranea" mit dem Turm Borraco und wunderschönen Sonnenuntergängen. Ideal für den Urlaub mit Boot da sich in 100m Entfernung eine Slipanlage (Bootsrampe) mit kleiner Strandbar befindet.
Das Haus ist in Sommer Frisch from gut isoliert ist.
In Italien bringen die Gäste ihre eigene Bettwäsche mit. Beim Bedarf stehen gegen Aufpreis / Gast und Wechsel Bettwäsche und Handtüchersets zur Verfügung.
