About this property

Magical Fern Forest on 2000-acre Seaside Estate

It's joyous to spend time in Fern Forest House, which has been meticulously decorated and renovated. The living room enjoys streaming sunlight from the bay window, and features an enchanting forest mural with foxes and wild birds. The large open-fire will keep you happily reading for hours on end. Luxury Italian leather three-seater sofa, plus another velvet mustard tufted sofa makes sure every one has a comfortable seat. The starburst chandelier ensures your evening will be glow through the night.

On the ground floor, the kitchen also enjoys views of the maze and the historic stables courtyard. Thoroughly modern with the latest appliances so you can cook up a storm. A mahogany table with vintage cane chairs and two other upholstered chairs allow you to entertain as you cook.

The house features three spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, all with showers and baths. Wall-to-wall plush carpeting, velvet curtains, and incredibly comfortable beds are found in every room. Each room also has a dressing table, chest of drawers, and additional comfy chairs.

Outside, a newly laid fire pit and BBQ area will allow you to take in the views of the rolling meadows while taking a dip in the outdoor tub. Be sure to say hi to the ""coos"" who may poke their wet noses through for look. In these vast fields, you are guaranteed to see deer, pheasant, foxes, wild birds, hedgehogs and squirrels throughout the year. In the spring, the sweet lambs follow their mothers around and you'll catch sights of their playful prancing all the time!
