However on site facilities offer plenty to do with a large number of play grounds, 20+ child friendly swimming pools, gardens, endless sports facilities to enjoy to while away your time throughout your stay, Jack Nicklaus golf course, many on site restaurants, cafes, bars, seasonal evening entertainment, supermarket, shops, activity hire shop, and bus excursion operator. The complex is not overrun during high season and provides a comfortable, relaxing base to enjoy your holiday.

An extremely well appointed "Frontline" golf apartment sited at the side of the 12th fairway of a stunning Jack Nicklaus designed golf course with exceptional views, sunny aspect and immediately adjacent to one of the 24 swimming pools and gardens located throughout the "Open" 52 weeks of the year complex.

At the end of block 12, this first floor apartment with generous balcony enjoys dual south and south east facing aspects & offers all day and evening sun. This first floor "Penthouse" style apartment is served by a communal lift and/or stairway. An allocated parking space is provided immediately below. This apartment covers all bases.

2 bed ( 1 double & 2 single ), 1 bathroom, fully managed apartment, with bath/shower, sleeping 4, fully equipped, fully furnished to an extremely good standard, TV with English channels & DVD, BBQ, sunbeds, outdoor table and chairs and large dual aspect balcony overlooking magnificent views across the golf course and mountains beyond .Through the large patio doors of the lounge and master bedroom those views can be enjoyed whether indoors or out.

A 5 minute easy stroll will find you at the on site Al Kasar commercial centre of the complex with its many restaurants , bars and cafes offering a wide range of reasonably priced international food and drink, indoor and outdoor dining options for all seasons, SKY Sports and entertainment. In addition the commercial centre houses large supermarket, hairdresser, beauty parlour, activities hire shop, excursion booking office and apartment related businesses.

5 minutes easy stroll in the opposite direction brings you to, the open to holiday makers and golfers alike, golf course club house with golf shop, restaurant & bar, great views across the course and landscapes beyond. The restaurant and bar again offers a good range of food and drink options at reasonable prices with indoor and outdoor dining. The clubhouse enjoys a friendly laid back atmosphere for the comfort of all.

For golfers green fees, pre- booked starting times, and other packages are readily available with club, trolley & buggy hire available also. The course is a good test and not overly busy. A large practice ground with feature bunkers, open air driving range and two contoured practise greens with green side bunkers are available and very well presented. The course is a treat on the eye & kept in wonderfully manicured condition.

A 2 minute drive ( 20 minute walk) from the apartment, but still in the complex, you arrive at the Condado Club again offering food, drink, Sky sports together with a number of indoor/outdoor activities, tennis courts and more. A very large play and sports complex has been built and completed adjacent to the Al Kasar centre and complex entrance which will be open for the summer of 2018. Many sports, play, and activity areas are located throughout the complex as well as a large fish stocked lake on whose island the "Isla" style apartments are located.

Roads within the complex are very good, the majority being palm tree lined dual carriageways but very quiet. There are many pleasant walks in and around the complex itself, as well as at the near by Sierra de Espuna national park. Road links to and from the complex, and along , the Costa Calida coast are excellent.

As alluded to earlier, to enhance your stay and provide peace of mind the apartment is managed by an on site management service.
They will ensure before your arrival that the apartment is cleaned to a professional standard and that all equipment is fully functional.

On arrival they provide a Meet and Greet service to sort out your security access in and out of the complex, show you to your apartment and settle you in.
The apartment will be provided with a full set of bed linen and towels at the start of your stay. A laundry service is available at extra cost, if required, and there is a washing machine provided in the balcony storeroom.
Beach towels can be hired.
Basic apartment maintenance should the need arise.
Boarding pass print out when requested nearing completion of your stay.
Welcome kit of shower gel, shampoo, dishwasher tablets,washing up liquid,
2 toilet rolls, bin liner, dish cloth, tooth paste and hand soap.
Complimentary bottle of water and a bottle of Cava.
Transfer from and to the airport if required required can be arranged.

Turn right out of car hire car park, at the nearby junction turn immediate left
Follow signs to Granada/ Almeria /Vera AP7/E15.. You are now on road A7
Road now signed A7 Murcia /Almeria/Granada if in doubt follow Almeria/Vera
Continue for approx 35 mins towards Murcia City
As you come to Murcia City stay on motorway and continue towards Alhama de Murcia /Almeria
As you near Alhama de Murcia look for Junction 601 approx 15 mins from Murcia
Get into Right lane for 601A/B
Ignore 601A carry on to 601B sharp right hand bend signed Beaches of Mazarron, Mazarron/Cartagena.

Merge and join RM2
Take 2nd exit, junction 4 (be aware it goes from jct 1 straight to Jct 4 ) for Mazarron, follow RM23 for Mazerron & Puerto Mazarron
Condado De Alhama sign posted 3 miles along and has own Junction 5 off the carriageway at sign post CDA, over flyover into resort entrance
You will see off RM23 long line of palm trees these line the road to the resort entrance
You will see large sculptured sign at resort entrance.

ON RETURNING TO AIRPORT
Out of Condado turn North on RM23 towards Alhama de Murcia
4 km turn North on RM2 to Alhama de Murcia
4 km turn right to Murcia A7/E-15
95km sign for airport follow for 3 km
