A rural retreat set in a beautiful Cornish valley

2 bedroom apartment with great views situated on a smallholding. It is nestled in a picturesque valley approx. 6 miles south of Bodmin and 5 minutes from the A30. Ideal as a peaceful country retreat, away from the crowd of Summer tourists, yet situated within easy reach of all that Cornwall has to offer. 15 mins from Eden Project and 15 minutes to the north and south coast. Nearest beaches: Watergate Bay, between Newquay and Padstow; and Carlyon Bay, near St Austell.

Within 20 mins of Wadebridge, Padstow, St Austell, Bodmin and Newquay.

No bright lights, hundreds of stars on a clear night, no sirens, no traffic. Just the way we like it.

Please note that the apartment is situated on the 2nd floor and is accessed via a spiral staircase, so it may not be suitable for those that are less mobile, or with very young children.

Very quiet and secluded
Very quiet and secluded location. Peaceful and serene. We had lovely weather and really enjoyed our stay in Cornwall. Location is in a good location to see many sites and beaches. Would definitely stay again. Thanks

Amazing, 100% Recommend!
Me and my partner spent our bank holiday here and it was the most perfect getaway. There is plenty to do within this area including the Eden project, plenty of walks in close proximity of the cottage and it’s also located in a very peaceful area so you can enjoy the countryside bliss. We were also lucky enough to experience feeding little lambs which the host so kindly invited us to. Amazing place, absolutely loved it.

We had an excellent time here, the kids loved seeing all the animals and the house itself is really nice. Location-wise it's a short drive from the beaches on either coast and therefore a great base for exploring a few different places. The owner is really nice, too. Highly recommended.
