900 sq ft Casita with private entrance 1 bedroom, full kitchen, bathroom, washer/dryer in a very quiet horse friendly neighborhood! Cable, Internet, utilities all included. Casita is in the front of our home for private access from front courtyard. Home is located in North scottsdale near near the intersection of Scottsdale rd and cactus rd. stained concrete floors throughout and pull out couch to sleep 2 more in the living room.

Very well maintained property, pet friendly, in a nice area of Scottsdale.
We spent two weeks in the charming casita and thoroughly enjoyed our stay August 2018. The casita felt like a second home to us. The kitchen was well stocked and the bedroom mattress was divine. The square footage was about 1000 square feet with gave us plenty of room to spread out. Parking was a breeze, as you park directly in front of the casita. Lastly, the air condition worked fantastic! The temperature exceeded 100 degrees every day and the unit kept us cool. Jerry met us the first day and was a pleasure to work with. We loved the casita so much we booked another week stay the following month.

Great Casita in Central Scottsdale
We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely casita in Central Scottsdale. We had plenty of space and all the conveniences we needed. Everything was very homey, so it was a perfect home away from home. It is great that this is also a pet friendly property, as our pet travels with us. The courtyard out front is lovely to sit in, or you can venture to the huge backyard and enjoy the pool, bbq or fire pit. Jerry and his family are a great bunch, and made us feel very welcome and at home. We plan to stay here again.

My wife and I moved to Scottsdale in 2000, I am a stay at home father and she is a professor at the N.A.U downtown medical campus. We are big animal loves as we have two labs, chickens, ducks and tortoise in our secure back yard. We do have 4 kids that are currently living with us, 1 boy and 3 girls. We have been renting out Casita and Pool house in the back yard for years through other sites and enjoy hosting.

Why they chose this property

Our Casita is located in the Front of our home, it has its own private entrance and the courtyard is primarily only used by occupant of the Casita. It is a well laid out space and has everything you could need and if there is something missing I am always happy to accommodate. Our Backyard is open to whoever stays as we have a nice pool and play area for kids or just a quiet relaxing space.

What makes this property unique

The Casita is located Off Shea and Scottsdale road which is a few miles north of old Scottsdale and a few miles south of the new area of Scottsdale Quarter or Kierland area. TPC golf course is also close as are other destinations. hikes restaurants, shops etc..
