This estate can accomodate up to 12 guests, in 6 private bedrooms and bathrooms total size internally is 200 sqm, a further covered area of 100 SQM as a dining area with barbecue . The main swimming pool it's 8mx6m and a smaller pool for kids to enjoy . Large tent out doors ideal for small events .Around the properties Acres of essentisl oil plants are cultivated giving a unic aroma to the air , gardens are tipical mediterranean vegetation .
This property also have a large event tent for special events weddings or private party.

Large glamping tent set witheen granitic bolders and cork trees can house a further 6 beds and with lovely views of the surrounding of hills and distant sea .
The vibrant town of Alghero it's only 9km .
Offers lots exquisite food restaurants and bars .
Well kown sandy beaches and cristal sea weater .
For Kite surfing and diving you ought to try Portoferro beach where every event it s followed by live music. Till early ours in the morning .

Nous avons eu des demandes qui ont été traitées rapidement par le propriétaire qui était sur place.
Nous nous sommes trouvés bien dans l’espace extérieur qui était très spacieux et aussi à l’intérieur. A améliorer dans l’accueil: mettre à disposition une liste avec les choses à savoir par exemple pour le tri des poubelles et l’endroit où les jeter. Avertir les locataires qu’il y a des chiens et chats (surtout pour les craintifs et allergiques) Mettre à disposition pour l’accueil de l’eau potable et du papier de toilette au minimum. Les propriétaires étaient très gentils, disponibles et discrets.

Amazing villa in the mountains
The villa was really beautiful in amazing surroundings in the mountains close to Alghero. It was about 8 km from the Alghero center, so you need a car to move around. The rooms in the villa were spacious, beatifull and clean. The owners had cats and dogs in the property area which our kids were very happy about. Pool area was beautiful too, with lots of sunbeds. This was a perfect holiday for our family and granparents. The owners were really nice and helpful.

Tolles, liebevoll gestaltetes Haus
Die Gastgeber haben eine schöne Oase in Italien errichtet. Das Haus ist von Grund auf selbst gebaut und der Charme springt über. Die Anlage ist toll, die Gastgeber sind immer erreichbar und helfen, wann und wo sie nur können, sollte Hilfe benötigt sein. Es liegt gut 15 Minuten Fahrt von Alghero entfernt, sodass man tiefste Ruhe hat- für alles andere muss man dann eben fahren. Wir waren zu zehnt, es war genug Platz und wir waren begeistert.

Bon séjour, mais quelques points sont à améliorer au vu du tarif demandé
Dans l'ensemble le séjour a été bon, Amelia et Sergio sont accueillants et peuvent converser en italien et arrivent aussi à converser en anglais et français. L'endroit est reculé en campagne: idéal pour se reposer. Il faut savoir que c'est une villa écolo (panneaux solaires, revêtement en paille, filtrage de l'eau depuis un lac etc..). Rien à dire niveau espace (6 chambres doubles avec chacune une salle de bain/wc) nous étions 10 et nous ne nous marchions pas dessus. Fait avec de beaux matériaux et avec goût ! Superbe espace salon de jardin sous abri, très agréable. Points positifs: -tranquilité -espace -chaque chambre comprend une salle de bain/wc Points négatifs (à améliorer) -certaines fois nous n'avions pas d'eau chaude -serviettes de bain non changées tous les jours (comme indiqué dans l'annonce) -bouteilles d'eau non distribuées (comme indiqué dans l'annonce) -10/15 minutes de virages depuis Alghero pour atteindre la villa située dans les hauteurs (il ne faut pas oublier de faire des courses avec de remonter) -machine à laver et fer à repasser ne sont pas à l'intérieur de la maison mais en lieu commun -pas de micro-onde Quelques déconvenus mais le séjour a tout de même été bon. Attention à la taxe de séjour (à donner en plus) qui nous a surpris et qui n'est pas très claire sur le site Abritel.
