Nice 3-room apartment, 76 sq m, clean, nicely and comfortably furnished, bright. Large living room with open kitchen and balcony, small but functional bathroom, bedroom with double bed for two people, bedroom with two single beds (they can possibly be brought together to make a single bed) and sofa bed in the living room. Second floor apartment without lift. The apartment is located in the south west area of Milan; the city center can be reached comfortably by underground in 15 minutes (red line 1, the nearest Inganni stop 5 minutes by bus) or by surface transport in around 20-25 minutes. There are several supermarkets nearby. The condominium is quiet and peaceful with concierge at the entrance.
Upon your arrival you will be required to present a valid identity document with a photo, for the purposes of the legal obligations.

In the surroundings of the apartment, for those who need it, there is easily parking, free in the street. Quiet and safe area.
The closest metro stop is the "INGANNI" stop which is 5 minutes away by bus, line 49; you can take the bus under the house. The stop is on the RED metro line or line 1.
The bus line 50 takes you comfortably to the center in about 20 minutes. At night the 50N night line is active.
For those arriving from Linate airport, the TRENORD railway line is active which in 18 minutes and with a 1.50 euro urban ticket takes you to the Milano San Cristoforo stop, a 7-minute walk from my apartment.
Finally, it is specified that the apartment is rented only for short periods, maximum 30 nights, in compliance with the law. r. Lombardy 27/2015.
