Luxury villa "Maria" is divided in 2 separate units (first floor apartment "Maria" for 5 persons, and top floor apartment "Lucia" for 3 persons) - each on its own floor. The villa is a unique house build and decorated with lots of love to provide luxurious but comfortable holiday oasis. The extraordinary elegance and spaciousness abudantly present in this wonderful house will allow you luxurious comfort and an unforgettable holiday. Villa Maria, with breathtaking sea views pool, and sauna, distanced 400 m from the gorgeous beach – ideally for families with children because of trampoline, table football, slide, swing, and table tennis and most because all the house is fenced so your children can be safe.
The brand new, modern decorated,sea facing sunny apartments with fantastic views on town Split is an ideal holiday resort.
In the apartment's vicinity is a great seashore with lovely beaches and a seaside promenade which stretches from old town Stobrec to Omis.
The apartments are situated just 6km from UNESCO pearl - old town Split.
The apartments are so easy to get to; just 25 minutes drive from Split Airport. Podstrana is connected to all Dalmatian towns via Adriatic highway. The new A1 motorway has a junction just 15 kilometres away.

Lovely in every way
From the moment we arrived Silvio was an attentive host. It was the most impressive welcome I have ever received. It was hot during our stay and the pool was welcome as well as the many different places in the yard to relax, have dinner and enjoy the lovely yard.

We loved our stay at Silvio’s villa! We were a group of 9 and across the two apartments had more than enough space. The Villa is clean, spacious and boasts a great outdoor space and pool. Silvio was always happy to help us with any day trip recommendations, as well as driving us to the supermarket and arranging airport transfers. We were also given fresh produce such as tomatoes and cucumbers from the property’s garden. Everything was amazing! The Villa is a perfect base to explore Split and the nearby Podstrana, we will definitely be returning!! Thank you Silvio for letting us stay and for being such a fantastic host.

Unser Vermieter hat nach dem einchecken mit uns in seinem Auto eine kleine Stadtrundfahrt gemacht um uns die wichtigsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants zu zeigen. Der Kontakt war außerordentlich nett und zuvorkommend. Eine frühere Anreise und spätere Abreise war kein Problem. Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Andreas Schumann und Freunde

Super Host
Silvio is an absolute gentleman; considerate, available, generous and kind. We arrived late enough to miss the shops for supplies but we were so kindly met with a delicious home cooked meal and drinks as well. The following morning, Silvio took it upon himself to drive us to the shops whilst also giving us a quick tour of the surrounding area. The rental itself is split between two apartments which are located on floors 1 and 3. They're clean and recently refurbished with all you'll need for a great stay. We sadly weren't able to enjoy the pool etc. due to our schedule and weather, but if we had done, the stay would have been even better. If only we had more time! We had a car, so local towns and Split itself were very easy to get too. In short, Silvio and his family are very special people who'll go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay. We certainly did and can only highly recommend!
