This ground floor apartment has recently been refurbished to create a modern and airy living space in central Sunderland. There are 2 double bedrooms and a twin room to sleep 6.
The living room benefits from a smart TV and ample space for relaxing or having friends around. A well fitted kitchen also benefits from a washer/dryer machine, dishwasher and a large fridge freezer.
Our guests range from people visiting the city for leisure to contractors working in the area. This apartment will particularly appeal to those visiting the hospital and university.
There is a metro stop within 1 minutes walk and plenty of local shops and supermarkets on your doorstep.

We are quite hands on with guests so try our best to always meet and greet guests to show them around and answer any questions. We are quite flexible with check in times and can arrange for keys to be dropped off at a time that is convenient for you, as we understand how travel plans can change etc.

Sunderland weekend visit
This is an old house that has been completely renovated inside. Everything promised was provided. Quiet neighborhood, but do not know what it is like when students are in town. Very short walk to public transportation. Short bus or train ride to the beach in Seaburn. Our short stay was very comfortable and I would stay there again.

Das Apartment befindet sich in einem typischen englischen Reihenhaus, welches in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße steht. Zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts wurden die Wohnungen im Haus renoviert und entsprechend war nicht alles so aufgeräumt, wie man es üblicherweise erwarten würde. Das war für uns aber kein Problem, da es uns primär ums Übernachten ging. Leider jedoch war unser Apartment noch nicht vollständig renoviert und der Sanitärbereich etwas mitgenommen. Das war nicht schön und daher gibt es keine Top Bewertung. Der Vermieter war gut zu erreichen und hat schnell reagiert. Insgesamt eine solide Unterkunft im lokalen Standard zu einem guten Preis.
