Located along the banks of the Snake River in Keystone, this riverfront vacation home is just yards from Peru Express and Argentine chairlifts. You'll be a little under seven miles from Lake Dillon and less than a mile from local restaurants.

The mountain-themed decor, coral-colored walls, and comfortable furniture create a welcoming space for guests to sit back, relax, and unwind.

The living room features a gas fireplace and a TV with cable access. Sleep on the fold-out sofa and wake up to a wooded river view just off the deck. Stay home for a meal - there is a full-size oven/stovetop and dishwasher, a mini-fridge, and extras like a slow cooker and a blender.

This one-bedroom, two-bath home has a maximum occupancy of four. The large bedroom has a queen bed and sliding patio doors that open onto a long deck overlooking the Snake River. The bathrooms both have shower/tub combos. Shared washer/dryers are available in the clubhouse where you'll find a vending machine with snacks and extra detergent.

For those who want to do some exploring, the area offers plenty of outdoor activities in the summer amidst breathtaking natural beauty. Stroll along the Snake River, take a bike ride along the paved Keystone Bike/Rec Path, or pack a picnic and head to the designated picnic area. Utilize the free shuttle that runs all through the Key Condo complex.

If you visit in the winter, don your gear and walk to the lifts! Enjoy some of the best night skiing Summit County has to offer. If you're traveling with little folks, be sure take the gondola to the top of Dercum Mountain to check out Kidtopia and see the world's largest snow fort and take advantage of plenty of other kid-friendly activities, too.

1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
