Holiday home in San Foca, ground floor with veranda and private garden

Holiday Petrachi consists of 4 apartments, 2 of which occupy the ground floor and 2 occupy the first floor. They have been assigned a name to distinguish them. The apartment called "Torre dell'Orso" occupies the ground floor and is furnished with care and equipped with all comforts: a cozy, clean, bright space.
The wide verandas and the private garden are the ideal place to spend your time outdoors: there are tables and chairs for outdoors and you can have your meals while admiring the view while warming up in the Salento sun.
Mosquito nets, TV, washing machine.
Free WIFI connection throughout the hotel.
4-5 people can be hosted; this apartment is also ideal for 2 couples.
For children there are, on request, camping cots with high quality mattresses, sheets and pillows and high chair.
Upon arrival we provide bed linen (sheets, pillowcases, bedspread) always clean and hygienic * during the stay there is no change of linen. Bath towels (towel set on request, not included in the price)
Animals are not allowed.
It is forbidden to smoke in the house and throw cigarettes from the balconies. It is forbidden to light fires in the home or outside for security reasons.
All the apartments share a large space in front that is usually used for parking the cars (in the period of stay we reserve a parking space for each apartment).
The apartments are located in a quiet area; only 5-7 minutes walk to the center of the village. On foot you can reach the shops, restaurants, fish shops, shops, pharmacy, etc.
The equipped and / or free beach closest to the apartments is called "Li Marangi" and you can reach it in only 5-7 minutes of walking. The marina, the promenade or the shuttle bus stops that will take you to all the beaches and resorts of the Melendugno Marine are located near the Holiday House. Many events of the summer season wind along the streets parallel to the house along which every Tuesday, throughout the summer season, you will also find the local market.
